    SEQUENCE OF POTENIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES


    TASK
     Untrained worker  Job specific TBT shall be imparted before starting the job.
    Manpower  Personal injury  Training to be conducted to workers related to work before
    Mobilization starting the task.
     Trained & experience person should be allowed to do work.
     Only inducted and trade validation completed worker shall be
    deputed for the All Cut Machine operation.

     Damaged, tempered,  Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use at workplace.
    Equipment and unsafe physical  Ensure all tools are in safe working condition.
    Mobilization properties of tools and
    equipment’s.
     Ensure connection to be through RCCB/ELCB 30 MA only.
    Electrical Connection  Use of good insulation electrical cable.
     Electric shock  Ensure all cable should be insulated no joints acceptable in the
     Personal Injury/Fatal cable.
    Accident  Electrical Cable shall not interfere vehicle and worker
    movements. Area.
     Remove all flammable & combustible material from work area.
     Cutting of drill bit  Obtain PTW and JSA specifically for the drilling activities.
    Drilling Operation with  flying chips  All job specific PPE has to be used for drilling with cut
