SEQUENCE OF POTENIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES


TASK
 Untrained worker  Job specific TBT shall be imparted before starting the job.
Manpower  Personal injury  Training to be conducted to workers related to work before
Mobilization starting the task.
 Trained & experience person should be allowed to do work.
 Only inducted and trade validation completed worker shall be
deputed for the All Cut Machine operation.

 Damaged, tempered,  Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use at workplace.
