BOOK OF ROMANS

WHO WROTE THE BOOK?

The Book of Romans in the Bible was written by the Apostle Paul, who is

Paul wrote this letter to the Christians in Rome while he was in Corinth,
which is a city in Greece, around AD 57-58. He had not visited the
church in Rome at that time, but he wanted to introduce himself and his
teachings to them.

WHY IS THE BOOK OF ROMANS IMPORTANT?

The Book of Romans is very important because it explains the core
beliefs of Christianity in a clear and systematic way. In this book, Paul
talks about the good news of Jesus Christ and how everyone; both Jews

people have sinned and fall short of God's glory, but through Jesus,
they can be made right with God.

The presence of the Holy Spirit in a believer's life signifies our belonging
to Christ. The Holy Spirit empowers us to live a victorious life over sin. By

Him to shape your character and actions. Depend on the Holy Spirit’s
strength to overcome temptations and live in a way that honors God. Be
sensitive to the nudging and conviction of the Holy Spirit. Be quick to
confess your sins and seek the Holy Spirit’s help to turn away from them.

accountability in your spiritual journey. Finally, engage in regular prayer,
fasting, and Bible study to strengthen your spirit and weaken the flesh.

principles in your daily life.
