 Accomplished Progress Monitoring & Evaluation Data Sheet, SMEA and
SWOT Analysis Template that will be submitted to the district for
consolidation.
 Gather MOV’S for the 1st quarter SMEA
 Presence of the SMEA team during the conduct of SMEA
