The lessee/TENANT hereby covenants that he shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five
Thousand Only) per month asa lease rent of the demised premises payable on or before
the 10 of every succeeding English Calendar Month to the land lord or his authorized

said premises, That the LESSEE/Tenant shall pay the electricity consumption charges
directly to the TGSPOCL and water charges as per the bills received from time to time
without any dues, and produce the receipts against such Payments to the land lord for his
. verification on demand
5. The TENANT shall not cause any damage to the Premises either to the walls or to the
Fixtures or any part of the premises. if any damage is caused, the TENANT has to get it
required at his expenses and he shall replace all damaged or broken parts by equally good
Substitutes.
6. The TENANT shall allow the LANDLORD or his representative to inspect the premises at all

8, That the lessee hereby by assures the lessee that they will not sublet the shop to any third
party without the written consent of the lesser.

12. The Land Lord is hereby entitled to terminate tenancy in the event of the committing of
default in payment of the monthly rent and other Charges, consequently for period of 3
months, not issuing any advance n.
