    RE: Request to assist students with Police Report

    This communique serves as a request to your office to assist our students when they do their
    research on how to write a police report.

    This is with conjunction with the new syllabus which requires students to do research on their own.
    Therefore, students will visit your offices frequently looking for your assistance.

    We are moving from the old syllabus, which was content based to the new syllabus, which is
    outcome based. Outcome Based Education requires students to be hands on, hence the request for
    your assistance.

    These are the objectives of the new syllabus.

    -Learning Outcome SETSL 1.3 Write Setswana with confidence

    -Performance Criteria:1.3.2: Write a well-structured report on a given scenario
