ABOUT ME
Hardworking junior student with two months of experience in a recruiting firm and 2 years working as a
member of HR department in the university club. Specialized in hiring, listening, and allocating human
resources for the organization. The member in External Relationship department I recruited had
become a project leader (he had sucessfully call for sponsorship: 4 mil in cash and 10 mil of payment in
kind). One more thing is I actually love eating snacks for its taste.

Planning for the application form
- Work with other members to have a suitable questionnaire for each department (External
Relationships, HR, Media)
- Well-trained in marking form base on mark sheet. Marking 5 forms and 2 applicants pass to
the interview.
Building the plan for interview
- Prepare 5 interview questions for each position
- Contact and manage the applicant list (more than 50 applicants)
- Write, edit, and send email to the applicant list, read replies
- Interview 3 candidates, and 1 candidate become an official member
- Give feedback, scoring for candidates to find the suitable candidate
Planning teambuilding online “Race to the top” to engage candidates
- Build teambuidling ideas (4–5 games, 2-3 activities…) in Canva, Power Point to meet the
criterias of program, and the goal, value, mission of club
- Hold the list of participants to manage and equally dividing members into each team
- Create a group between members of each team before teambuilding to engage and warm up
- List and calculate curred expense (buying Zoom Pro package, phone costs...)
- Identify, manage risk (connection loss, electronic equipment problems) and monitor the
progress of teambuilding
- Have more than 40 candidates joined teambuilding with nearly 75% positive feedback
through the feedback form: help them deeply understand the organization and engage with
each other
