ABOUT ME
Hardworking junior student with two months of experience in a recruiting firm and 2 years working as a
member of HR department in the university club. Specialized in hiring, listening, and allocating human
resources for the organization. The member in External Relationship department I recruited had
become a project leader (he had sucessfully call for sponsorship: 4 mil in cash and 10 mil of payment in
kind). One more thing is I actually love eating snacks for its taste.
CAREER OBJECTIVES
To work in the human resources field as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
To make use of my staffing, employee relations, project management, and superior communication
skills to achieve goals of a company that focuses on talents’ development, performance and
organization’s growth.

● Write and post job description and discuss the job detail information
- Find candidates by using databases through social media (Facebook group)
- Filter in necessary information from JD of the company to make a recruting post and attract
more than 5 candidate each post
- Discuss some personal information to have an insight of the candidate’s background and
objective whether they have searched for data related to position and company or suitable
for the job requirement
● Evaluate and screen resumes
- Quickly review resumes by looking for keywords
- Screen 3 suitable resumes for the hiring position, 1 resume pass to the interview round

 Planning for the application form
- Work with other members to have a suitable questionnaire for each department (External
Relationships, HR, Media)
- Well-trained in marking form base on mark sheet. Marking 5 forms and 2 applicants pass to
the interview.
 Building the plan for interview
- Prepare 5 interview questions for each position
- Contact and manage the applicant list (more than 50 applicants)
- Write, edit, and send email to the applicant list, read replies
- Interview 3 candidates, and 1 candidate become an official member
- Give feedback, scoring for candidates to find the suitable candidate
 Planning teambuilding online “Race to the top” to engage candidates
- Build teambuidling ideas (4–5 games, 2-3 activities…) in Canva, Power Point to meet the
criterias of program, and the goal, value, mission of club
- Hold the list of participants to manage and equally dividing members into each team
- Create a group between members of each team before teambuilding to engage and warm up
- List and calculate curred expense (buying Zoom Pro package, phone costs...)
- Identify, manage risk (connection loss, electronic equipment problems) and monitor the
progress of teambuilding
- Have more than 40 candidates joined teambuilding with nearly 75% positive feedback
through the feedback form: help them deeply understand the organization and engage with
each other

 Evaluate and screen resumes, mark the application form, interview
- Mark the application form based on Leadership criteria of the program. Being trained in
listening, taking notes, making question skills (general, situation questions,…)
- Arrange the time to interview, contact and remind the interview schedule through Google
Calendar
- Write and send emails to the candidate for thanking their participation and the results of the
application and interview round
- Be responsible for interviewing 5 candidates and 2 candidates become campers out of more
than 100 participants
 Manage and organize the online training for campers
- Invite and take care 1 expertise speaker.
- Plan and manage the risk in the process of training, the suficient financial
- Manage 32 campers participating in training through the FB group and group leader.
- Write, send thank you letters and prepare gifts for 3-4 speakers
- Prepare feedback form after each training session. Received nearly 75% positive feedback
and satisfaction about the training process

 Support to allocate human resources for 3 training sessions
- Having a meeting with the team to plan to make a list of personnel through Google Sheet
- Indetify the time, training place to arrange, and provide the necessary things
- Make the effective financial plan through Google Sheet (devices, training rooms)

 Create content and plan offline teambuilding “Explore the deep sea”
- Directly support the allocation of human resources to support teambuilding activities
- Allocate transportation and schedule time and content for the program
 Arrange and organize the final round
- Allocate financial resources for the final round (award, certificert, banner, poster, devices....)
- Plan for the final round with 10 contestants and more than 500 audiences in the big hall
- Allocate human resources to run the contest (Technical, Operation, Reception department)
- Take care, annouce and remind MC, judge, contestants
