    A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PHILIPPINE PLAN OF ACTION FOR NUTRITION (PPAN) OF BARANGAY

    WHEREAS, there is a need to adopt the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) of this barangay to ensure
    the health and nutrition service in the barangay as well as the participation of the community in order to have a
    healthy barangay.

    WHEREAS, Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) is important to the barangay it is the way of planning
    and/or monitoring the Health Status of the child in the barangay.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. ___________________________, Committee on Health and duly seconded
    by ________________________, so be it:

    RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED, TO ADOPT THE PHILIPPINE PLAN OF ACTION FOR NUTRITION (PPAN) OF BARANGAY
    ______________, JUBAN, SORSOGON.

    RESOLVED finally, that copies of this resolution be each furnished the concerned offices Juban, Sorsogon, Juban
    Liga Office and other concern ed offices.
