Business Idea: An Aerobics Center At Home

Suggested Name: Sonsy Fitness Hub (SFH)

 INTRODUCTION:-
As a female, We always prefer to do those exercises which makes us lean and
healthy instead of muscular like aerobic exercises. Such exercises are much more
relaxing and mind freshening. The word “aerobic” means “with oxygen” thus, the
aerobic exercises are related to high breathing rate which can improve the heart-
rate and circulatory-system health. In typical gym environment, the exercises will
utilize bursts of energy and effort in short-time whereas in aerobics, the motive
here is to improve our stamina and oxygen-volumization. Recent studies shows
that aerobics exercises are better approach for calorie and fat burning point of view.
Thus, aerobics is a best way to maintaining the femininity aspect of female body in
healthy way. We will provide age based exercises plan and diet plans online to the
customers to engage women of every age. Online aerobic classess will be also
conducted by professional trainers which help the customer to achieve their ideal
body shape in fun way . Monthly health progress will be recorded for achieving
customers goal . Advertising and discounts will be given.

 Vision :- To be regarded as prime aerobic center for all females who want to
embrace their feminine beauty for a healthy and youthful life.
 Mission:- To entrust women with a healthy and youthful body, regardless of
age.
 Objectives :-
1. To provide the best diet and aerobic exercise plans which can boost the
energy and confidence in females.
2. To provide a fitness hub for women of all ages .
3. To offer variety of exercise program which maintain their body/
youthfulness.

 Product/Service Line :

The SFH aimed to provide a fitness-hub for women of all age by offering a verity
of exercise program which maintains their body’s health and youthfulness. Our
trainers select best workout plans according to every customer’s health and age.
Yoga meditation will helps to activate our immune system. Age-based exercise
plans are formed to engage women of every age. The personalized diet plans will
be constructed by professionals which helps the customers to achieve their ideal
body shape in a fun way. The monthly health-progress will be recorded for seeing
the progress so that necessary changes can be made according to the customers’
goals. The facility of choreographing special dance practices can be arranged for
interested customers’ request. The customer’s health and hygiene is SFH’s first
priority

 Pricing strategy :

The quality of workout plans are undoubtable and customer’s satisfaction is our
goal. For service charges we have:
1. An affordable service charges of 1500Rs. Monthly with one-time
500/Rs. Admission fee.
2. No admission fee will be charged from elderly women (above 35) to
engage more audience

SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats):

1. Strengths:
Professional Supervision:
• All the exercises will be supervised by a professional physiotherapist
who is also my friend and wanted to contribute her skills as my
business partner. Activity plans will be selected according to the best
interest of customer and the ideal body-shape they want.

Work-out Plan:
• 3-5 sets of 10 squads with weight-lifting for proper body-shape.
• 3 sets of 10 repetition in Kegel-exercise which includes 10sec of
contracting and then 10 sec relaxing.
• 3 sets of bear crawls or forward crawls with 1 minute break in
between.
Monthly Progress-chart:
• At joining, a record will be made for customers’ current health status.
• Parameters of weight, waist size, health conditions and stamina will
be noted every month to see the progress in towards the customer’s
ideal standards.
• After every 3 months, all the hard-working customers will be
appreciated with surprises after seeing their progress chart to
encourage the enthusiasm.
Age Based Work-out plans:
 35years and above: Yoga and Aerobic Strength Boost Plan is preferred
for their well-being as it is best for diabetic and blood-pressure
patients too.
 15 to 35 years: Yoga, aerobic strength boost as well as complete work-
out plan is preferred for them.

Dance-Preparation Session:
• Special booking for dance preparation is available.

• We provide online aerobics classess and other services so the women
can easily get services without having location or conveince concerns
Eat-Healthy:
• A diet plan will be provided to all the customers which will help them
in achieving their ideal body shape.

2. Weaknesses :-

• Limited finance for hiring workers and professionals.


• Limited human resources such as front desk officer, coaches and
choreographers.
• Inconsistency of targeted audience and smooth profit chart.

3. Opportunities:
To cheer-up the ladies and housewives, aerobic center is a good business idea.
• In Lahore, a few online aerobics center are available.
• The well-established gyms mostly have male-customers so they only
offers morning timings for ladies which is no feasible for students and
majority of the house-wives.
• For female-body, aerobics is better option than gym.
• Yoga meditation is helpful for the women of all age as it has relaxing
and self-healing effects, thus it can engage the elderly women too.
• Aerobics center can help the women in maintaining a proper body-
shape .

• Majority of the gym are introducing aerobics in their business for


targeting females.
• Customers might become inconsistent in coming.
