    why you want to as a security guard ?

    first, I want to go to Dubai to manage my family's expenses. If I work in Dubai, I


    will get a more salary to support my family. secondly, I want to increase my
    observation skills and also I am always happy to save people's life

    Do you have a work experience?

    yes, I have experience. I have worked as a security guard for 1 year in Bangladesh.

    how do you see yourself 5 years from now?

    After 5 years I will see myself as more experienced, mature and knowledgeable
    person also I would like to see myself as a successful employee in this

    I want to work for you because you are a market leader, have a positive workplace
    culture, and support employees to reach their full potential.

    how do you manage situations If you have a lot of work ?

    I am very organized. I work on weekends, If i have a lot of work. i have never let
    my boss down.

    what is the reason behind leaving your last job?

    at first, I would like to thank my last organization where I learned a lot. but to
    grow professionally and financially i want to change my job.

    what is your motivation or what motivates you to do good jobs?

    three things motivate me. first is my parents who are working hard to see me in a
    good position. the second one is my goals which motivates me to do hard work to
    achieve them. and third one as I belong to a middle-class family. I have faced many
    difficulties during my education. so I want to make things better now. this
    motivates me always

    can you work under pressure?

    life is all about pressure. actually we are living in pressure only. whether it is
    study, Family expectations, exam, job, money, waiting for results etc
    in our daily life, we handle all this pressure. so working under pressure is not
    very big. my past experience says that my mind works faster under pressure.

    whats the difference between hard work and smart work ?

    hard work gives you experience smart work comes with experience. there is no smart
    work without hard work.
    why do you want to go to dubai ?

    because it is one of the faster developing country in the world. the work
    environment is very good. people are happy to work in dubai. I also want to go
    there to get job and help my family with financial support.

    what is your strength?

    my greatest strength is that i have a positive attitude for everything i do even if


    it is something new. this is because i believe that the pain and overload i am
    facing now are only preparing me for something greater in the future.

    tell me something about yourself?

    thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself infront of you. my
    name is bayzid khan. I am 29 years old. i am from bangladesh. I completed my high
    school at 2014. then i completed my computer basic knowledge and computer typing
    skills in english 20 to 30. i belong to a middle class family my familly we are
    five members including me. my father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. my
    hobby is Driving, swimming and watching movies. thats all about me.
