PROCEDURE FOR TANK TO VESSEL – DIP AND PAY

1. Buyer sends LOI/CORPORATE PROFILE/PASSPORT/ICPO, CIS & POF Update.


2. Seller issues FCO/SPA and commercial invoice CI buyer, for the available quantity to Buyer, Buyer
Signs and returns to Seller.
3. Buyer's Bank issues MT199 to Seller's Bank (BO to BO) and verifies and After the Seller's Bank Officer
(BO) states Valid/On, then the Seller issues a POP as follows:
- TSR
- Injection Report
- SGS Report
4. The Buyer will verify the documents provided by the Seller and after stating Valid, the Buyer issues
MT799 to the Seller's bank.
5. After verification by the Seller's Bank Officer (BO) is declared ON, then the Seller issues Dip Test
Authorization (DTA) letter and ATB sign by all parties .
6. Upon the signing and receiving of DTA and ATB by all parties, then Buyer orders SGS to Conduct Dip
test of the product in the Seller Tank on buyer expense upon successful dip test, Buyer provides vessel
details (CPA &Q88), Buyer shall immediately submit the (SGS) inspection Report along with the full
Proof of Product (POP) to the buyer’s bank and seller thereof.
7. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product while transferred title to
buyer. Buyer decants fuel into vessel within time allowance of Seller’s tank storage.
