My interest is the one that I do not need free time to do, because I can put

time, music lives with me for almost the rest of the day. I listen to it when
I am on the bus, when I do the house chores, when I am taking a shower,
and whenever I feel like I need it.
Music is always a new thing, because there are countless of different
songs for me to enjoy. Some of my favorite types are Pop, Ballad, and
Dance. Each of them gives me a different feeling, so I choose the songs
to listen to according to my current mood. I listen to Pop songs when I am
comfortable and happy, Ballad is for relaxing, and Dance is for when I
want to move my body.
I do have some of my favorite singers, and I usually download their
whole album to my phone. There are many songs in my phone, and
sometimes I have to delete the old ones because there is no space left.

lightweight racket and a shuttlecock. Badminton is a game of two or
four people players use a racket to hit a shuttlecock over a net. A team hit
the shuttlecock and the other team blocked the demand curve, hit it again.
When one team miss the shuttlecock, the other team have 1 point. The
shuttlecock is made from bird or duck feathers. Playing badminton is very
interesting because in every battle that you join there’s excitement but at
the end of the game there is only one winner and loser. I like to play
badminton during my free time with my friends. It can also help me to
have new friends and new people to teach me how to play it well/. To sum

mentally as well.
( because even a slight wind can affect the movement of the shuttlecock )

I go to the university by motobike every day. My rented house is about
4km from university. It take me about 15 minutes. I usually go to
university to avoid traffic jams

The most popular transportation in my city is motorbike.. There are more

HCM city. Normally, the best and also the cheapest option for
transportation is buying or renting a motorbike. Therefore, almost each
house has at least 2 motobikes
3. How do you feel about public transport in HCM city ?
I don't like public transport in HCM city . In crowded cities, buses meet
difficulties moving among so many vehícle, so people have to wait for
quite a long time before the buses come, which annoy them and cause
them to be late for schools or work. Besides, the fares are cheap so many
people want to use it, sometimes it is crowded that it is impossible to
breath and convenient for the pickpocket críminals to commit crime.
4. Are there often traffic problem in your city ?

Yes, there are. Traffic jam regularly happens in Ho Chi Minh city. The
transportation system of my city is almost roads. Therefore, the number of
major transports are more and more crowded on streets. it is
worst during the rush hour when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or
come back home.

Part 2:
1. Talk about your favorite means of transportation
My favorite means of transportation is motorbike.
First of all its price is suitable for students like me.
Second, this kind of vehicle is very flexible. The design of the motorbike
is cómpact but has a fast engine (ˈenjən), it makes it easy for me to slip
through obstacles and save a lot of time when I go to university. I can
control the time easily when riding a motorbike to wherever I want to go.
Traffic accidents can happen but driving motobike is safer and avoiding
traffic jams
In addition, the traffic in Saigon is very crowded, therefore, I often
explore small alleys and shortcuts to go faster. While entering to those
shortcut or alleys I came across food and drink stores that are now my
favorites store I usually eat or drink
However, motorbike also has some limitations such as smog( smäɡ). But,
the effécts it gives still make me want to use it.
Finally, it was a priceless gift because my parents gave it to me after I
graduated from high school.

2. Give travel advice to a visitor who arrives in VN for the first time
If you are visitor who arrive in VN for the first time
 you want to go from one city to another but have little time, you
should go by plane because it is much faster than others and is also the
safest all means of transport.
 Beside, a motorbike is an excellent means of transportation that
provides the most exciting and authentic travel experience.
Motorbikes can be rented at hotels, cafés, and tourist companies
around Vietnam. If you hire a motorbike or scooter, inspect it well
before riding, and keep in mind that helmets are required in
Vietnam
 If You are not ready to go on the road, you should go out with local
friends , another option is to find Grab biker or taxi ,which will be
more assured because the price is displayed, you just need to search
for the location and they’ll take u to the exact place you’ve booked
 In other more peaceful cities like Hue, you can enjoy a cyclo trip
with slow riding, but if you simply want to move between two
destinations, look for a “motorbike service”.
 That is all I can suggest for first-timer. All I hope is that you will
enjoy Vietnam the fullest.
UNIT 4:

Part 1 :

1. Are you a person who takes risks or are you usually very careful?
I am usually very careful. Because I'm a perfectionist. Even the little
details need to be perfect for me. I think it's better to have a meticulous
plan, instead of taking uncontrollable risks, to achieve success. Being
careful all the times doesn't give me chances to experience/try new
interesting things
2. What is a big achievement in your life so far?
A big achievement in my life so far is to be first rank in grade 12.
Maybe to my peers our there, I'm nothing. But for me, it's the process of
trying and working hard to get such a result. I’m very happy and proud of
myself
3. What will be a big challenge for you in the future?
In the future, I think a big challenge for me is to get 600 points in Toeic
test when I am the third-year student. It can help me qualify to graduate
from college and get a good job because there's a lot of competition in big
city, I will try hard to get into a good company to work and develop
myself.

4. Is there any kind of risky activity you would to try in the future?
I think the kind of risky activity I would to try in the future is traveling
abroad alone, I'm going to a foreign country, I've never been. It’s risky
because I could become a target for bad guys or have trouble being
alone in a strange place.
Traveling alone can be more expensive because there is no one to share
room or taxis with.
But the benefits of traveling alone help me gain life experience and
improve my survival skills
Part 2

1. Talk about an unforgettable event that happened to you in the past.

The time when I was getting ready for the university entrance exam. This is an
unforgettable event that happened to me in the past.

In Vietnam, the University Entrance Exam is very important to any student’s

future. Almost Every high school graduates are obligated to take this
examination in order to get into universities.

During this time back in 2021, I had to not only go to school on the basis but
also had to join extra classes because the content of the exam
was humongous. To put it clearly, I went to school from 7 in the morning until
9 in the evening. The pressure was so high because my major in university the
previous year had point quite high. However, my parents were
very supportive and caring which help me to push more and try harder.

Looking back at it, although the pressure seems to be unhealthy for me, I think
it is worth it. My career, what I am doing, where I am and what I will become
are shaped by this event .If I didn’t pour out all of my éfforts, I would not be
able to attend a prestígious university and would not receive a quality education
now. That’s why this is a very memorable event of my life.

2. Give some English-learning tips to a beginner

English is the most common language all over the world. There is no
compulsory method to study English, but each person has to find the
suitable one to study it effíciently. Here are a few tips I've used and found
effective
The first tip is learn vocabulary. Look around your house and put
notes on the items . You can write just one word or a simple sentence or
more complex sentence. When you use the microwave, read words and
sentences aloud example " this is a microwave it can help to heat up food
". You will remember the word “microwave”, the sentence structure "this
is" and the verb “ to heat up”.
The Next tip is improve listening. You should watch simple English
videos, and listen to simple English songs. Don't be worried about using
English subtitles or reading English lyrics to the songs. You're a beginner,
so it's okay to use extra help.
The third tip is practice pronunciation. Listen to English and repeat
directly after it. It's important to hear your voice using English. Every
time you hear or see an English sentence, say it out loud.
Tip 4 for beginners learning English is to Grow Grammar skills. I
recommend studying basic sentence like S+V+O and basic verb
conjugations of tenses
Finally, The best way for beginner to studying a language is
attending a foreign language center. The teachers there will guide
them in the right way to learn. You can self-studying at home.
 That is all I can suggest for beginner to learn E . All I hope is that
you can apply it effectively
