Action plan to improve Oral Reading Fluency among primary students:

1. Identification of low achievers based on the data available on the TARA app.
2. Re-Assessing students' current reading levels.
3. Finding the personal and physical problems of the children.
4. Setting individualized fluency goals for every child.
5. Planning the use of instructional content available in the Vidyalaya and designing
activities. Ex:-Use of structured reading programs like repeated reading and guided
reading using reading cards etc.
6. Appropriate use and intervention through technology.
7. Planning the practice sessions in time table.
8. Timely Monitoring the progress and giving feedback to the stakeholders.
9. Evaluation to test the achievement targets at fixed intervals.

Implementation:
1. Two activity period per week allotted to late bloomers for this task.
2. Use of reading cards.
3. Use of library books as reading resources
4. Showing some videos on phonetics.
5. One dedicated block period will be used for improving oral reading fluency on
Saturday/Funday
6. Teaching through games like word web, word antakshari etc.
