Instructions for Parents
Instructions for Parents
As part of our continuous effort to maintain a supportive and effective learning environment for our students,
we would like to share some important guidelines and updates. Your cooperation in adhering to these points
is greatly appreciated:
1. Entry Time: The school gates will open at 7:45 AM, and all students must be inside the premises by
8:15 AM. Punctuality is crucial for the smooth functioning of the school schedule. Parents can meet
the teachers only after 2:40 PM (with prior communication).
2. Uniform and Appearance: Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain
a neat and tidy appearance. Personal hygiene is of utmost importance.
3. No Plastic Zone: In our efforts to promote environmental sustainability, students are prohibited from
bringing plastic water bottles, plastic lunch box to school. We encourage the use of steel water bottles
and lunch boxes. Similarly, plastic wrappers for snacks or any other items are not allowed. Please use
eco-friendly alternatives for packing your child's snacks and lunches.
4. Birthday Celebrations: While we understand the joy of celebrating birthdays, we discourage the
distribution of chocolates. Instead, on the birthday, students are encouraged to donate cleaning
materials, saplings or other items listed on the Vidyanjali portal.
5. Timely Submission of Homework: It is essential for students to complete and submit their
homework on time. This practice helps reinforce learning and ensures they keep up with the
curriculum.
6. Mobile Phone Prohibition: Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. This policy
is in place to minimize distractions and maintain focus on academics and extracurricular activities.
7. School Property: Students must respect school property, including furniture, equipment, and the
beautifully painted walls. Any damage to school property will be treated as a serious offense.
8. Respect for Authority: Students must show respect towards teachers, staff, and peers. Instructions
from teachers and school authorities must be followed promptly and respectfully.
9. Discipline: Maintaining discipline within the school is of utmost importance. We expect students to
follow the school rules and regulations to create a respectful and orderly environment. Students must
be aware that any violation of the code of conduct (attached herewith) will attract disciplinary
actions.
We appreciate your support in internal painting of our school building and believe that, with your
cooperation, we can provide the best possible environment for your children to learn and grow.
Thank you for your attention to these guidelines. Should you have any questions or require further
clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. (Visiting Hrs : 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
