    UPS & SYSTEM REQUIRMENT

    Objective: - Power backup for System & PLC Panel.

    Rating: - 1 KVA, 230 VAC online UPS with 30Min Power Backup.

    EARTHING REQUIRMENT

    Objective: 1 No. Electrical Earthing for Equipment Motors.

    1 No. Power Earthing for VFD Panel

    1 No. Electronic (Module) Earthing for PLC Panel

    1 No. Power Earthing for PLC Panel

    Note: - Resistance of all Earthing Pits should not be more than 2 ohms

    VFD/PLC PANEL MOUNTING

    VFD Panel: - H2000mm x W2700mm x D600mm with 75mm Base Frame

    PLC Panel: - H2000mm x W800mm x D600mm with 75mm Base Frame

    Note: - REQUIREMENT OF VFD/PLC PANEL MOUNTING STRUCTURE BASE FRAME

    COMPRESS AIR REQUIREMENT

    Objective: - This is required to operate auto Pneumatic valve. Air Supply for the Valves
    should be available near to equipment. Air supply Material should be GI.
