• ATHLETICS : Morning session ( 9am-12pm)
• 100 meters. - 3 entries/team (Men and Women each)

• 200 meters.- 3 entries/team (Men and Women each)

• 400 meters - 3entries/team (Men and Women each)

• 800 meters - 4entries/team (Men and Women each)

• RELAY (4*100) - 4 entries/team (Men and women each)

• SHOTPUT. - 4 entries/team. (Men and women each)

• DISCUS THROW. -4entries/team. ( Men and women each)


• THROWBALL
For both men and women
Team should consist of 7 active and 2 substitute player
Matches consist best of 3 sets
The team which scores 10 points with a minimum lead of 2 points wins the set
One timeout permitted for each set
Serving player should always rotate on clockwise
All standards rules apply
VOLLEYBALL
for both men and women
Team shou consist of 6 player on court
3 set matches are 2sets to 25points and a third set to 15 points
All standard rules apply
• BASKETBALL MEN:(INDOOR)
Team should consist of 5 active players on court and substitute players
Match will be played for 4 quarters of 7 mins duration each
It will be played on knock out basis
One timeout (30seconds) for each side per quarter
All standard rules apply
Players must have their non-marking shoes for indoor court

KABADDI:
For both men and women
Team should consist of 7players and extras
It will be played on knock out basis
Match will be played for 2 halves of 10 mins each
All standard rules and regulations apply
• CRICKET
Only for men
Number of overs — 8
Maximum number of overs a bowler can bowl —2overs
It will be played on knock out basis
Players should get their own required kits

FOOTBALL
Only for men
Team should contain 5 active players and 3 extras
Duration 2halves of 15 minutes each with 5 mins break
Two timeouts per team in each half of the game
Referee decisions are nal during game of play

Players should get their own rackets
Players must wear indoor shoes

for both men and women
Team should consist of 9 players and substitutes
Total of 2 innings
Each innings is of 9- 9 minutes
Team which scores 12 points wins a set
All standard rules apply
Points criteria
• ALL SINGLE AND DOUBLES GAME PLAY WILL BE AWARDED:
• 1st POSITION - 50 POINTS
• 2nd POSITION -20 POINTS
• 3rd POSITION -10 POINTS

ALL GROUP GAMES WILL BE AWARDED:


1st POSITION - 100 POINTS
2nd POSITION- 75 POINTS
3rd POSITION - 50 POINTS
4th POSITION- 25 POINTS
