    CLASS-XI & XII TERM-1 EXAM INSTRUCTIONS 2024-2025

    Dear Students,

    Please note the following important points regarding the upcoming Term Exams:

    1. Exam Dates: The practical examinations begin on 6th September/9th September and the
    theory examinations will be held from 13/09/24 (Friday) to 01/10/24 (Tuesday). Please refer to
    the date sheet that has already been shared. All the exams are mandatory. No Reexam will be
    conducted.

    2. Exam Day Schedule : Except for 13/09/24 (Friday), all exam days are half-working days (08:00
    am to 12:00 noon). Buses will operate accordingly. Students using their own transport should make
    the necessary arrangements.
    3. Exam Timings and Seating: The exam timings is as follows:
    TIME SCHEDULE
    8:00am-8:15am Assembly, Attendance & Exam Instructions
    8:15am – 8:30am Settling time and Break
    8:30 am -8.45am Question papers distribution& Reading time
    8:45 am- 11:45am Answer books distribution &Exam time
    11:45am-11:50am Answer Scripts collection
    11:50am Dispersal
    Seating plan will be announced on the day of the exam. Students should proceed to their designated
    rooms and be seated according to their roll numbers.

    4. Permitted/Prohibited Items during the examination: Students must bring all necessary
    stationery. Watches, mobile phones, written materials, and other electronic gadgets are NOT
    permitted in the exam room. Please note that only transparent pouches and water bottles are
    permitted.

    5. Non-Exam Days: Non-exam days are designated as preparatory holidays. Links for revision and
    doubt clarification will be provided, and these sessions will be conducted from 09:00 am to 12:00
    noon.
    6. Admit Card Requirement: Students must carry their Admit Card (ALMANAC), duly signed by
    the class teacher and subject teachers, on all exam days.

    7. Exit Policy: No student is permitted to leave the exam room until the exam is officially declared
    over by the invigilator/exam department.

    8. Mock Test Papers: Mock test papers will be uploaded on Digital Campus by the subject teacher
    two days before the exam for reference.

    9. Preparation and Support: Prepare for the exam according to the TERM-1 EXAM SCHEDULE.
    Attend academic support classes as per the schedule.

    10. Queries: For any queries regarding the exams, please contact your class teacher or subject teacher.
