You are the Secretary of Victory School Choir. The choir had been scheduled as the main
performer at a charity event organized by Nakuru County governor, her excellency Madam
Susan Kihika. However, you were unable to attend the occasion which prompted the governor
to call off the event. Write a letter of apology addressed to the governor over the incident. (20
mks).
