ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION
1. Electronics & Mechanical Engineers with 4 years BE / B.Sc degree programs from any
registered Engineering university may apply.
2. Candidates with Diploma or B-TECH degree are not eligible.
3. Jobs offer is for male candidates having max age of 26 years. The candidates must be
a Pakistan national and may belong to any province or religion.
4. Candidate should be fresh or must have completed the graduation in between 2022-
2024, however in that case they must have some relevant job Experience in design &
development activities, instead of installation & maintenance jobs.
5. Selection of candidates will be purely on merit based.
BASIC EXPERTISE (ELECTRONICS) ENGINEERS
1. This job is only for Electronics Engineering & not for Electrical (Power) or
Communication Engineering.
2. Final Year Project may not be a study project or paper work only. A physical
development project will carry additional points.
3. Candidate must have hands on working experience of the basic test equipment like,
Oscilloscope, signal generator, power supplies etc.
4. Proficiency in reading electronics circuits schematic & understanding components
basic symbols.
5. Active development experience on C, C++ and Visual Studio. Experience with
additional IDEs will be a plus point.
6. Hands-on experience with hardware/embedded system electronics circuit design,
hardware and software prototyping/implementation, testing and debugging.
7. Familiarity with agile software development.
8. Familiarity with circuit design and development using Microchip PIC, Atmel and other
microcontrollers, FPGAs and various microprocessors.
9. Strong skills for developing user-centric and easy to use application front end (user
interfaces).
10. Digital logic design and testing knowledge along with practical experience.
11. Familiarity with basics of analog circuit design and testing.
12. Circuit troubleshooting skills.
13. Familiarity with working of basic communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, etc will
be a plus point.
14. Candidate must have good soldering skills.
BASIC EXPERTISE (MECHANICAL) ENGINEERS
1. CAD Tools (Pro E, Solid Works etc.).
2. Hand Drawings Sketch (Drawing expertise w.r.t Objects).
3. Knowledge of Mechanics of Material, Machines, Parts & Design.
4. Material Heat treatment
5. Knowledge of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning process
6. Knowledge of Internal Combustion Engine & External combustion Engines

DISCIPLINE & TEAM WORK
1. Candidate must have time discipline for timely arrival at office, assigned project's
planning, timely delivery of project milestones and end product.
2. Candidate must be a cohesive active part of team and should have confident
presentable demeanor for in-house activities and client interaction.
3. Candidate may be sent on work related out-of-city assignments. Familiarity with travel
is must.
4. Candidate must have a professional demeanor and interaction with all colleagues and
office staff within bounds of company service rules.
5. Candidate will be required to permanently station in Islamabad and must be able to
relocate accordingly. The offered jobs are on permanent basis.
NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT, SALARIES & PERKS
1. After selection, candidates will be required to go through an initial six months
probation / Internship program before job confirmation.
2. The offered jobs are on permanent basis. However, the engineers have to serve atleast
for three years after job confirmation, in case he wishes to leave for higher education or other
jobs. Candidates may join higher studies programs in evening sessions after completion of
one year in service.
3. Probation / Internship program is a paid program and the candidate will be paid a total
of PKR 50,000/- per month.
4. After job confirmation the salary package will be fixed based upon evaluation of his
expertise, skills & work attitude during probation / Internship program.
5. Candidate will be entitled for medical support for self & family (Parents not included).
6. Employees Group insurance as applicable
