PURPOSE: Ensure the recruitment process is carried out effectively, fairly and transparently to
find and select the most suitable candidates for the company.
SCOPE: Applies to all departments in the company when there is a need to recruit new
personnel.
MONITORING:
Head of Human Resources: Manage the entire recruitment process.
Department Head: Identify recruitment needs and participate in the interview process.
Recruitment Officer: Carry out specific steps in the recruitment process.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: Identify recruitment needs.


1.1.The department requesting recruitment fills out the recruitment request form, clearly
stating the reason, job description, and recruitment requirements.
1.2.Must have approval for recruitment request from the head of human resources and
management

STEP 2: Create and Post Recruitment Notices.


2.1. Draft a recruitment announcement including job description, requirements, and benefits.
2.2. Post recruitment announcements on appropriate channels (company website, social
networks, recruitment pages...).

STEP 3: Receiving and Screening Documents.


3.1. Collect resumes from many people.
3.2. Screen applications based on set criteria, create a list of potential candidates.
3.3. Contact suitable candidates to schedule interviews.
STEP 4: Interview and Evaluate Candidates.
4.1. Organize a preliminary interview by phone or in person.
4.2. Prepare and conduct in-person and in-depth interviews with potential candidates.
4.3. Record and evaluate interview results, create a list of excellent candidates.

STEP 5: Check Information and Final Selection.


5.1. Check and verify the candidate's information, qualifications, and work experience.
5.2. Perform a final assessment and select the most suitable candidate.

STEP 6: Make an Offer and Sign a Contract.


6.1. Send a job offer letter with contract terms and conditions.
6.2. Negotiate contract terms (if necessary).
6.3. Sign labor contract and keep records.

STEP 7: Welcoming and Training New Employees.


7.1. Prepare to welcome new employees (work equipment, company account...).
7.2. Organize an initial training program, introducing the company and regulations.
7.3. Monitor and support the integration process of new employees during the probationary
period.
