Additionally, the first coffee shops are believed to have originated way back in the 16th
century in a specific place called Constantinople or Istanbul, Turkey, in the present era. It
was invented with the purpose of gathering prominent people such as artists, writers, and
intellectuals. On the other hand, a study hub or learning hub is a type of establishment
that offers a space for students and office workers to do their studies and office
paperwork. This is designed to be quiet and must be aligned with studying, which creates
a comfortable and productive environment for them. Hence, the discovery of study hubs
comes from the growth of the internet, or between the late 20th century and early 21st
century, with the purpose of continuing the process of learning from distances.
In recent years, due to the growth in the population of workers and students,
places like libraries and coffee shops have become too densely populated. Many students
or office workers find it hard to find a place where they can study and do their paperwork
outside their school and offices. Proposing a new business venture, which the proprietor
and the target market can both benefit from, is a good answer to this dilemma. This plan
is to create a coffee shop that has a library or study hub inside where people can
brainstorm, study, or read while sipping the coffee of their choice, and that is
Ricespresso.
Ricespresso is a new type of business that integrates different businesses with the
primary goal of creating the utmost satisfaction for its customers. It can be addressed as a
hybrid enterprise, having a coffee shop and a learning or study hub in one. Additionally,
Ricespresso serves the unique taste of being a coffee lover, a student or worker, a book
lover, or even someone who just wants peace.

This is for presentation purposes only. Here’s a profit-sharing scheme for a 6-person team.
Where profits are distributed in equal parts, the first step is to determine the team’s
overall profit. The second step is to calculate the equal share ratio. Each team
member will earn an equal portion of the profits, which will be determined by
dividing the total profit by the number of team members. In this scenario, because
there are six team members, each will receive one-sixth (or 16.67%) of the total
earnings. The next thing to do is to assign base compensation to each team
member, which should be independent of profitability. This can be based on their
experience, skills, or any other relevant criteria. Then calculate bonuses using the
equal share ratio. To compute the bonus for each team member, multiply their base
income by the equal share ratio. Person 1: PHP50,000, Person 2: PHP45,000,
Person 3: PHP55,000, Person 4: PHP40,00, Person 5: PHP60,000, Person 6:
PHP35,000. To calculate total earnings, add the bonus amount to each team
member's base income. This profit-sharing plan assures that each team member
receives an equal portion of the profit while taking into account their basic wages.
