Our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is embedded in the innovative fusion

beans locally, specifically using rice coffee beans to offer a distinctive and

INTRODUCTION

A. BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS

A coffee shop is a type of entity that primarily serves coffee and other beverages,
as well as light snacks and pastries. They are designed to attract customers with their
homey and comfortable ambiance, which encourages people to come and try.
Additionally, the first coffee shops are believed to have originated way back in the 16th
century in a specific place called Constantinople or Istanbul, Turkey, in the present era. It
was invented with the purpose of gathering prominent people such as artists, writers, and
intellectuals. On the other hand, a study hub or learning hub is a type of establishment
that offers a space for students and office workers to do their studies and office
paperwork. This is designed to be quiet and must be aligned with studying, which creates
a comfortable and productive environment for them. Hence, the discovery of study hubs
comes from the growth of the internet, or between the late 20th century and early 21st
century, with the purpose of continuing the process of learning from distances.

In recent years, due to the growth in the population of workers and students,
places like libraries and coffee shops have become too densely populated. Many students
or office workers find it hard to find a place where they can study and do their paperwork
outside their school and offices. Proposing a new business venture, which the proprietor
and the target market can both benefit from, is a good answer to this dilemma. This plan
is to create a coffee shop that has a library or study hub inside where people can
brainstorm, study, or read while sipping the coffee of their choice, and that is
Ricespresso.

Ricespresso is a new type of business that integrates different businesses with the
primary goal of creating the utmost satisfaction for its customers. It can be addressed as a
hybrid enterprise, having a coffee shop and a learning or study hub in one. Additionally,
Ricespresso serves the unique taste of being a coffee lover, a student or worker, a book
lover, or even someone who just wants peace.

1. Establish a central hub for coffee enthusiasts: Create a space that serves as a gathering
place for coffee lovers, providing a platform for education, community engagement, and
fostering a shared passion for coffee.

2. Develop a diverse coffee menu: Curate a menu that offers a wide range of coffee

methods, catering to the discerning taste preferences of coffee connoisseurs.

3. Expand coffee education and training programs: Offer workshops, classes, and tasting
sessions to educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art,
and other aspects of coffee culture, empowering them to deepen their knowledge and

and availability of coffee and snacks, people who work remotely or as freelancers may
also use the coffee shop as a workspace.

also receive a gratuity tip from customers that directly benefit coffee shop workers.

Coffee: Ricesspresso is delighted to offer memorable rice coffee beans, which are
produced by local farmers. These beans are carefully prepared to ensure an exceptionally
fragrant aroma with gentle traces of earthiness and nuttiness. The menu we offer includes

The location of any business, regardless of industry or size, is one of the most
important factors in its success. The right location can help a business in attracting and
retaining customers, employees, and suppliers. It can also help a company save money,
increase efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage.

Location can help businesses attract and retain employees in addition to attracting
customers. Employees are more likely to work for and stay with companies that are in
convenient and desirable locations. Businesses near major transportation hubs or in areas
with a variety of amenities are more likely to attract employees.

Furthermore, location can provide a competitive advantage for businesses.


Businesses located near competitors may be able to provide more convenient or
accessible services. Businesses in prestigious business districts or in areas with plenty of
high-income customers may be able to charge higher prices as well.

In general, location is an important factor in the success of any business. When


selecting a location, businesses should carefully consider their needs and target market.

Considering the above-mentioned factors, Ricespresso chose to open in Balanga


City, one of the richest towns in Bataan. The exact address is Saint Joseph Street,
Balanga, Bataan, formerly Stregato Gelateria. The location is ideal for our business as it
is close to schools and has many businesses nearby, meaning there are many students and
employees walking around.

addition, the value proposition of ricespresso is providing a welcoming and

PROFIT SCHEME

This is for presentation purposes only. Here’s a profit-sharing scheme for a 6-person team.
Where profits are distributed in equal parts, the first step is to determine the team’s
overall profit. The second step is to calculate the equal share ratio. Each team
member will earn an equal portion of the profits, which will be determined by
dividing the total profit by the number of team members. In this scenario, because
there are six team members, each will receive one-sixth (or 16.67%) of the total
earnings. The next thing to do is to assign base compensation to each team
member, which should be independent of profitability. This can be based on their
