NATIONAL ASSESSOR
For Assessment of Technical and Vocational Trainings
National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is an apex body at national level to regulate, facilitate and
provide policy direction in Vocational & Technical Training across Pakistan. NAVTTC together with TVET Sector Support
Programme (SSP) is planning to establish a pool of nationally certified competency Assessors to conduct the assessment of
trainees under different vocational courses. Trades or Sectors

The TVET Sector Support Programme is mainly funded by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. The TVET
SSP is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in close collaboration with
the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) as well as provincial Technical Education and Vocational
Training Authorities (TEVTAs) and private sector organizations.
