    To be a successful chartered
    accountant, one also requires
    having a strong commercial sense.
    Commercial awareness is a critical
    ability that enables CAs to
    understand the business
    environment in which they or their
    organisation and clients operate.
    Maximum colleges grant admission
    to BCom courses on the basis of
    marks score in intermediate
    examination. However, several
    colleges and institutes use the
    entrance exam to shortlist
    individuals. Aside from the
    candidate's academic
    performance, a few universities
    conduct interviews and other
    screening processes.
    There is no such entrance test for
    CA aspirants. They just need to
    show 12th board exams result and
    they can start with their journey.
    Although to become a FULL CA,
    aspirants need to clear all the 3
    levels of the course: Foundation,
    Intermediate and Final.
    BCom Eligibility: The students must from
    a commerce background in 10+ 2 with a
    minimum of 50% marks from a recognized
    board. In 10+2 students must have
    Accountancy, Business Studies,
    Economics, Maths and English as main
    subjects.

    CA Eligibility - You should have completed


    18 years of age and qualified the 10+2
    exams with an aggregate of 65% in
    Mathematics/Accounts and English and a
    minimum of 50%in other subjects.
