    Dear Coordinators,

    This is to inform you that the AMC10/12B exam is scheduled for Tuesday, 12th November,
    2024 at 2 pm. Students must be seated by 1:45pm.

    We will send you answer sheets for your students by Friday 8th November. The answer sheet
    will have the student name already printed. So students should ignore instructions 7 and 9 on
    the question paper. Students must however shade in their SEX and GRADE before the start of
    the exam. Please look on the student list to advise students on their GRADE.

    Please follow the procedure outlined below to conduct the exam. MISE Foundation will email
    you the student answer sheets which must be printed and made ready for the exam.

    We will send you instructions on how to access the question paper on the day of the exam
    about 30 minutes to the start of the exam.

    Please ensure that the questions are kept strictly confidential for 48 hours after the
    exam. To ensure this, we ask that you collect all question papers from students and keep
    them for 48 hours before releasing them back to them.Please inform your students
    accordingly.

    Coordinator Instructions:

    Download and print student answer sheets and question papers and distribute to
    students on the day of the exam.

    ● The time allowed for the paper is 75 minutes. Meaning all schools should be done with
    the exam latest by 3:30 pm.

    Students are not allowed to go out of the exam hall until the exam is complete so
    they must use the bathroom before the start of the exam. Once seated they cannot
    leave the room even if they are done before the end of the exam.

    ● Students must be seated such that it is hard to see where others shade their answers.
    ● Each student taking part must come with: An HB or B pencil, An eraser, A4 sheet for
    rough work.

    Students should ignore instructions 7 and 9 above because they do not apply to us in Ghana.

    After the exam. Once students are done with the exams, please collect all answer sheets.
    No student should leave the examination room with an answer sheet or question paper.
    Students may write their names on the question paper so that you can return it to them after
    the 48 hour embargo.

    Scan answer sheets only and upload them to your coordinators portal immediately after
    the exam.

    Please scan only the answer sheets of students who participated.

    Your file must be PDF and cannot be larger than 10MB( It shouldn't be more than 10
    answer sheets per scanned document).

    ● Do not scan blank answer sheets.

    Meaning if a student is absent please do not scan their sheet. If a student did not
    answer any question please do not scan their answer sheet.

    ● Please make sure that all the markings on the four corners of the answer sheet appear in
    the scanned document. The omission of the markings will render the answer sheet null
    and void.
    Please ensure that when scanning the document you capture all the following markings
    on the answer sheet. Without these markings, the student answer sheet cannot be
    graded by the system.

    ● Go to your coordinator portal (challenges.misemaths.org/admin) and select the Answer


    sheet-upload menu.

    ● Press browse to locate your pdf and click save to submit. Once saved, please check that
    your pdf has been uploaded correctly.

    Please do not scan the Answer sheet upside down or scanned with shadows on it. The system
    will not be able to read it.

    Students' results will normally be available around a week after the exam. You can download
    your results via your portal (Results and Certificate) menu.

    Results are only available online. We will provide you with details of how you and your students
    can check results online.
