Greetings!!

from ‘Roboclean’
and wishing you
‘Health in every breath’.
IAQ- Indoor Air Quality & Why duct cleaning ?

The Air-condition ducts can become littered with

years of accumulated dirt, debris and allergens like
pollen, dust and human dander. By having the air
ducts cleaned periodically, you will help improve
the indoor air quality in working premises, enhance
the efficiency of the employees and of your cooling
system, thus reduce energy bills.
Schematic diagram- duct cleaning using Robot
Ducts cleaning using Robot,
by agitation using rubberized whip
NO Chemicals are used

Cleaning is done from the AHU side, first the

Supply line, running into each floor levels followed
by Return line of each such floor, and back up to
the AHU end.
Process is done with AHU’s running to create
positive air pressure to eject out the agitated dust,
debris and contaminants, which is collected by
High power Vacuum machine creating negative
pressure, fitted with HEPA filter.
Indicative duct layout, size and height, where
Roboclean Team executed duct cleaning
Air compressor for pneumatic pressure 6-9 bar
used for agitation of the rubberized whip
Variable arm agitator Assy. fitted with camera
is used for larger size circular ducts
Diffuser is removed to facilitate insertion
of Robot
Vacuum Generator Machine with HEPA filter Assy,
connected to the terminal end of duct work, for
negative pressure and collection of dust and debris
Robot is placed inside the duct,
after removing the diffuser

Diffuser is being fitted back after the cleaning
process. If access openings are made in the
duct, the same is closed and sealed as per
industry standard.
Live, un-edited, raw video of Before-During cleaning- After
cleaning video is submitted to the client for Records and for
Audit purposes.
Sanitization/disinfection is done by fogging method
using ‘Aerox’ disinfectant
AEROX by Aseptix
FOGGING USING AEROX
Sanitisation/disinfection is done after cleaning of
both supply and return ducts and after cleaning
the primary filters.

Fogging equipment is used to generate ultra-fine &

non wetting aerosols ( dry, vapour like fog) of the
‘Aerox’.

Fogging is done first at the supply duct line and

afterwards at the return duct line towards the
AHU.
