Revise Goal Two to be SMART: “Increase customer retention rate by 10% by the
end of the year by providing better customer services by creating operation and
training plan for Plant pal and achieving more than 90% customer satisfaction rating”

ambiguity?
Response: Yes. Increase in customer retention by 10%
