AGE REGULATIONS OF PLAYERS AS PER LIGI MASHINANI GUIDELINES

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER

1. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that, I have read and understood the Ligi Mashinani
guidelines regarding player eligibility and the potential consequences of merging age
categories.

2. Too, I acknowledge that, players below the age of 18 are not permitted to compete in the senior
category in Ligi Mashinani guidelines, which includes players aged 18 and above. The
guidelines are clear that a team/club should not merge the two ages and that they should play
separately.

3. Moreover, I acknowledge that, should my club/team decide to merge the age categories and
a player of my team (under 18 years) is injured during a match, then my team/club will be
solely responsible for all medical expenses and any related consequences. The Ward Sports
Council will not bear any liability in such a situation.

4. Again, I acknowledge that, this club/team understands this guideline by signing below and
my cooperation is vital in maintaining the integrity of our league and protecting our players.
