Terms & Conditions –

* Validity: Our offer will remain valid for your acceptance for 7 days from the date of our offer,
unless we further extend it in writing before the validity expires.
* Delivery: Within 1 weeks from the date of release of technically and commercially clear
purchase order along with the advance amount.
* Freight: Will be to your account at actuals and will include the loading and unloading of Materials.
* Payment: 50% in Advance along with the PO, and balance 30% on installation.
*Taxes: GST @ 18 % is exclusive in the above pricing and will be charged extra
* Warranty: As per make & Model’s specification. This however does not include physical damage or
damage arising out of misuse, improper handling, poor power conditions, physical damage, liquid
damage, and rodent.
