Subject: Important Guidelines for Online Classes


Dear Parents and Students,
Please carefully review the following instructions to ensure a smooth and disciplined online
learning experience. Compliance with these guidelines is essential:
- Classes will begin at the designated time. Students must join on time as the session will be
locked shortly after it begins. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter. No exceptions will be
entertained.
- Parents should refrain from contacting teachers via text or call during class. Direct
communication is not permitted while a session is in progress.
- Recording or photographing anyone without consent is prohibited. Circulating images or
recordings of teachers or classmates outside of the classroom will be treated as a serious
violation and will lead to strict action.
- Students must use their official names, as recorded in school files, to enter the classroom.
Entries with parental names, device names (e.g., “Lenovo” or “iPhone”), or nicknames will
not be admitted.
- Students are required to keep their video on throughout the class. Failure to do so will result
in removal from the session.
- Students must sit on a chair with their face and hands visible at all times. Students should be
prepared with all necessary books, notebooks, and stationery.
- Attendance will be monitored vigilantly during the online classes. Failure to attend classes
will result in students’ ineligibility to appear in the next examination.
- Cellphone usage and texting during class are strictly prohibited.
- All written work assigned during online classes must be completed in the notebooks and
submitted to the teachers for checking on subject-specific Google classroom.

Any violation of these rules will be taken as a serious breach of school regulations, and
disciplinary measures will follow.
