EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO UDAIPUR


"THE LAKE CITY OF RAJASTHAN", HALDI GHATI,
CHETAK SMARAK & CHITTORGARH FORT
CLASS IX
TOUR ITINERARY
Day 01 (13.11.2024): Assemble at school premises at 03:00pm. After roll call transfer to
Nizamuddin Railway Station. Board train no. 12963 Mewad Exp.
for Udaipur at 06:30pm. Introduction of program and distribution of
educational information about Rajasthan, Udaipur, Haldi Ghati &
Chittorgarh. Packed dinner enroute & overnight travel in train.
Day 02 (14.11.2024): Arrive at Udaipur Railway Station at 07:00am. and transfer to hotel
by bus. After breakfast rest till lunch time. After lunch visit City
Palace Museum and bird view of Lake Pichola. Dinner and night
stay in hotel.
Day 03 (15.11.2024): After breakfast visit Haldighati Museum & Chetak Smark.Return
to hotel for lunch. After lunch visit Maharana Pratap Statue and
Fateh Sagar Lake. Enjoy the evening with DJ Music. Dinner and
night stay in hotel.
Day 04 (16.11.2024): After breakfast pack up and transfer to Chittorgarh Fort. After lunch,
board Autos (as buses are not allowed to Chittorgarh Fort), visit
Chittorgarh Fort - Victory Tower, Padmini Mahal & Meera Temple.
Later in the evening transfer to Chittorgarh railway station. Board
12964 Mewad Exp.to Delhi at 08:40pm. Packed dinner enroute
and overnight travel in train.
Day 05 (17.11.2024): Arrive at Nizamuddin Railway Station at 07:10am. Board school
bus and transfer to school. Kindly pick up your ward from school
premises at 08:30am.
TOUR COST:- 14175/- per student
Services includes: Train fare by III A.C. Delhi - Udaipur - Delhi, transfer and sightseeing
by 2x2 A/C deluxe coach, accommodation on 4 sharing basis in 4
star resort, train food, meals as per tour itinerary, entry ticket and
guide, mineral water while travelling, group insurance Rs. 50,000/-
per person, tour will be duly escorted by school teachers & tour
manager.
Cancallation Policy –
1. if cancelled before October 25, 2024 Rs. 2000/- will be deducted.
2. if cancelled between October 25, 2024 and November 10, 2024 50 % will be refunded.
3. if cancelled after November 10, 2024 or if the child does not show up at the last minute there will be no refund
possible.
Important Instructions:-
The students –
• should be medically fit for the trip.
• should report to school in school track suit & wear RFID Card during travel.
• should not carry any valuables.
• will be responsible for their belongings.
• must always be with their teacher in-charges during travel & sightseeing.
• are not allowed to visit relatives or go out of the hotel for any reason.
• mobile phones and electronic gadgets strictly not allowed
Check list:- School RFID Card, bathroom slippers, 5 sets of clothes, night wear, 5 pairs of socks, shoes, currency (not
more than Rs. 1000/-)
Note:- • The final decision of selection of students going on the trip rests with the school authorities.

You'll be glad to know that the school is organizing an Educational Tour from Nov. 13 to Nov. 17, 2024
for class IX to "The Lake City of Rajasthan", Haldi Ghati, Chetak Smarak & Chittorgarh Fort for 4
nights & 3 days. The tour cost is Rs.14175/- (inclusive of all taxes) per student which includes stay
at the hotel, sightseeing, food, entry charges, train fare III A.C. transportation by 2×2 A.C. Deluxe bus
& insurance cost.

If interested, kindly fill the consent form and pay Rs.14175/- through the online portal using the student
ID & password by September 20, 2024.
