You are on page 1/ 4

There are 9 parts after you have submitted your application and get the acceptance email.

I
will discuss this isa-isa para di kayo mabigla sa process at maka-prepare man lang kayo
emotionally.

 Initial Questionnaire
 Skills Assessment
 Inbox Management Playbook 2.1 and 2.2
 Interview
 Final Assessment (Grit 1,2 & 3)
 Offer Letter
 Personal Data Collection
 Consent Forms
 Approval
Again, THIS IS NOT A CHEATSHEET. I will show similar questions but not the exact ones
just in case na me mag reklamo. I will just guide you pero di to spoon feeding kasi need nyo
pa din mag-effort at pag-isipan ang sagot.
Initial Questionnaire - Questions about your experience lang to mga besh.
Skills Assessment - This is around 30 questions (if tama memory ko). Not timed but
graded so take your time and pag-isipan nyo mabuti ang sagot nyo. If in doubt, pwede
naman balikan, just click the arrow sa lower right side. Susubukin dito ang common sense,
initiative in helping your client, and problem-solving skills nyo. A lot of questions are about
clients needing help, and there are 4 options to choose from. Most are trick options lang
meant to test your logic and common sense, tbh. Some are testing how much you will care
and take initiative to provide your services better. Pero kung maalam ka online, you travel,
and do chores mostly online; keri lang to.
Sample Question: Your client Marites wants to eat sushi for the first time and asks you to
book a restaurant for her. What questions will you ask her before booking?

A. restaurant location, allergies, wasabi preference, japanese language proficiency

B. budget, seating arrangement, how many people to book, allergies

C. restaurant location, budget, allergies, how many people to book

D. seating arrangement, how many people to book, budget, allergies

Medyo tricky diba? Kasi B, C, D makes sense. Obvs, A doesn't kasi aanhin mo naman
japanese proficiency mo kung kakain ka lang. Pero ang sagot jan is C. Unless specified by
client, the seating arrangement is the resto's prerogative na.

Another sample: 2NE1 is having a concert in the PH, and your client wants you to book a car
service for the entire family going to the concert venue. What can you give her to make her
experience better?

A. Lyrics Sheet so they can sing along

B. Recommendations on what to wear so they will feel comfortable during the concert.

C. Book them a service car to go home from the concert venue.

D. Wish them good luck, and to enjoy their time.

In this case, the answer is B kasi it shows na concerned ka, and you are willing to go above
and beyond your duty. Some would think na C is better coz you are thinking about how tired
they are after, but unless you ask them if they want you to also book a car service pauwi,

Note: Once the exam is done, it will say to close the browser and wait for the next step in
48hrs and if you don't hear from them, alam na this. After the exam, they will email you the
link for the next step. Ewan ko sa iba pero sa kin is immediate and result. Pagkatapos ko
mag exam, I checked my email and andun na agad ang email ni Athena to proceed.
Inbox Management Playbook 2.1 and 2.2 - There are 2 parts in this. Both are timed, but
unlike the previous exam, mas direct to and will really need your brain power. Reading
2nd.
2.1 - You will be directed to a page about 'Inbox Management Guide'. Long story short, need
Ang essence nito is
about emails and how to "copy" your client's voice. You will be answering emails on their
behalf so you should be familiar with how they "talk" sa email. Just read the everything lalo
na yung sample emails, and you will figure out how to "sound" like your client. There are 2
parts to this and you have 2 hours for this so basahin nyo muna ang guide nang mabuti
before you start the exam and analyze the questions well. Leave the guide open para pwede
nyo balikan ang sagot. Nasa guide lahat, promise.
The first part is Learning by Reading.
sa labidabs nya, she uses Labs. Pag sa friends, beshie. Pag internal business, friendship. Pag
external business, sir/ma'am. Meron din pang closing sa email like Love, Thanks, Cheers,
and Best. Me table din to guide you.
Sample Question: What does Maritess use to greet her friends in her emails?

A. Labs

B. Beshie

C. Sir/Ma'am

D. Friendship

So kung binasa nyo ung guide, alam nyo na ang sagot is B.

The second part is Learning by Doing. Me papakinggan kayo na voice message instructing
you to email certain people. Sa case ko, there are 3 people/email and if you listen carefully,
Leave the VM open
para pwede nyo pakinggan ulit while answering.

Voice Message: "Hi, this is Marites, can you email my labidabs and tell them that I will be
ordering Jollibee for lunch, but I will be late in picking up the kids from school by 10
minutes."

Sample Question: How will Marites write her opening?

A. Labs
B. Beshie

C. Sir/Ma'am

D. Friendship

Another sample: What is the message in this email? (Me pre-drafted email and nasa VM ang
sagot.)

I will be ordering ____________, but I will be late in _________________________ by 10 minutes ."

A. KFC for lunch, picking up the kids from school

B. Mang Inasal for dinner, going home

C. Jollibee for dinner, going home

D. Jollibee for lunch, picking up the kids from school

So ang sagot dito is D. If you listened well sa voice message, it will tell you kanino ise-send

Note: Got my next step email din agad-agad. Not even 1 minute after I closed the window
and checked my email, andun na agad so most probably automated ang score checking.
2.2 - This one is a Language Assessment. Need nyo ng quiet environment, good working
headset/microphone. Check nyo kung gumagana audio and mic nyo. Dito ako nataranta
talaga.
english eh medyo nautal din dito haha. Pero speak slowly and clearly lang. Listen attentively
para marinig nyo mabuti ang sinasabi and kaya need nyo quiet place.
Microphone Check: 3 questions - Nothing to worry, audio/mic check lang to. You will
record a short audio, play to hear your recording, and check 'yes' if you can hear yourself
clearly.
Me ipe-play ka na short and long sentences then you will record yourself repeating what you
heard. Walang repeat play dito so listen well. Wala ding ulit sa audio recording so speak
clearly. Me phrases na short and simple lang, meron din mahaba at kung di ka makikinig
mabuti, you will forget or miss some words.

Sample:

The restaurant is fully booked.

Dogs are man's bestfriend.

We need to verify how to properly catalogue those files, or we might have a problem.

Rock climbing is such an intense sport.

The climate in the Philippines right now is atrocious.

Open Response: 3 questions - Eto medyo pina-school paper na miss universe style.
Tatlong tanong pero freestyle ang sagot. You will have 30 seconds to read the question and
prepare then matic magre-record if you dont press the record button or you can press
earlier. Then you have 60 seconds to answer but if wala ka na masabi, you can stop
prep until you finish all 3 questions.
na to, kala ko pa parang trick question or audio/mic check ulit haha. Grabe kaba ko dito pero
payts lang. Basta speak clearly and as fluently/eloquently as you can.

Sample Question:

What is your favourite food?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of riding a taxi vs. owning a car?

What do you recommend as a universal business language?

Note: Once you finish, diretso agad sa result. Me ipapakita na level kung ano naabot mo.
Mine is C1 Level. Alam ko C2 ako pero feel ko yung pagka-utal ko and yung mga fillers like
'uhmm' affected that so be wary of this as well. Gather your main points during prep and
expound on it during recording. Not sure din what's the passing score pero pasado naman
coz when i checked my email, may link for Begin Data Collection.
Personal Data Collection - You will sign a Data Privacy Form, besh. Better clean up your
social media accounts coz they mentioned that they will check them.
Interview - to be added later along with the other steps, and if I get hired.
