LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
We are pleased to offer you full-time employment as Account Executive with effect from 7th
October 2024 based on the following terms and conditions: -
Probation period
There shall be a probationary period of three (3) months, unless extended at the sole
discretion
of the employer, for the employee. During this period, the following term shall apply:
a) The employer or employee may terminate this agreement upon giving two (2) weeks’
written notice or payment of two (2) weeks salary in lieu of notice;
b) Except for sick leave supported by doctor’s certificate, the employee shall not be
entitled to take any leave during the period of probation;
c) The employee shall not be entitled to the benefits as stated in this agreement until the
receipt of letter of confirmation from the employer.
Salary
a) Your starting basic salary will be RM 2,000.00 per month as per discussed during
interview session. Salary payment for each month will be made on or before the 7 th of next
month and is subjected to Income Tax and other statutory deductions as applicable.
b) The salary for the first month of employment is subjected to prorated calculation.
c) All payments will be paid into your RHB Account. You shall open Saving Account with
the RHB Inanam branch for salary payment.
d) Your salary will be revised after your probation period depend on your overall
performance.
Duties
The employer shall perform his duties and responsibilities diligently and efficiently and shall
carry out all instructions in connection with duties provided from time to time by the
employer. The duties shall include without limitation;
2. Employee shall assist the Human Resources and Admin task where applicable.
Working Hours
The working hours are from Mondays to Saturday which included an hour’s lunch break from
12.00 pm to 1.00 pm. Working time is as below:
Annual Leave
a) Upon completion of 3 months’ service, you will be eligible for 14 days paid annual
leave.
b) You will be need to apply one (1) week before the said leave.
Leave may not be accumulated beyond the year it is carried unless written or verbally
concern given by the management.
Company Secrecy
All information obtained in the course of work with the company shall be deemed to be
strictly confidential. No such information shall be divulged to any outside party.
Medical
You will be entitle to reimburse medical fee amounted RM200.00 per year. This is strictly for
you only.
Notice of Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing the other party one (1) month
written notice or one (1) month salary in lieu thereof.
Non-compete
In the event that you cease at any time to be employed by us, you:
a) shall not for a period of six (6) months after such cessation of employment with us
solicit or entice away or seek to entice away any of our employees or offer employment of
engagement to any of our employee; and
b) shall not directly or indirectly for a period of six (6) months after such cessation of
employment with us, work with our competitor, engage in any business arrangements or hold
any material interest in any business which is or shall be wholly or partly in competition with
us.
Amendment
The Company shall be at liberty to amend the whole or any part of this Agreement after its
execution if it considers it necessary and reasonable and shall be expressed in written notice
duly given to you informing you of the proposed amendment(s). The terms and conditions
contained in this letter of appointment are some of the specific terms and conditions of your
employment with us.

dedication and support.
Should you accept this appointment, kindly sign on the duplicate of this letter and return it to
us within 7 days from the date of this letter, failing which this offer shall be deemed to have
lapsed.
