CRITERIA FOCUS ON TASK & PARTICIPATION

INFORMATION SHARING

1 Rarely focused on task and what needed to be done. Caused disruptions and wasted time. Rarely participated. Rarely shared useful ideas when participating in the group discussion.

2 Focused on the task and what needed to be done some of the time. Participated, but sometimes needed to be reminded to keep on task. Sometimes shared useful ideas when participating in the group discussion.

3 Focused on the task and what needed to be done most of the time. Other group members were able to count on this person. Participated most of the time. Usually shared useful ideas when participating in the group discussion.

Defended/rethought ideas relating to the groups project goals. Respectfully listened, interacted, discussed and posed questions to all members of the team during discussion and helped direct the group in reaching consensus. Worked very hard and contributed exceptionally well. Did not depend on others to do the work. Completed assigned tasks on time. Consistently punctual for group meetings.
