Introduction
The Extended HRM is a compact module to manage employee records and process Payroll
to them. It helps to maintain not only the employee records but also keep the details of
Gazetted holidays, Employee leaves, absents, loans, and more.
Employee Management
Employee record maintenance will be done through the HRM. You can keep track of
employee details and update them when necessary. The Employee Profile and job details
are entered at first. Additional details like education and work experience can be added
later. This module includes features such as:
Allowance Setup
Allowance Setup allows different employee groups to use distinct allowance formulas,
based on Grades.
Attendance
Attendance management records each employee's presence and absence. Attendance can be
tracked via API or attendance entry pages. Key features include:
Loan
Employee loans allow for multiple loans at a time, with EMI deductions during salary
calculation. You can define loan availability and configure EMI start and end dates. Loan
details can be included in Payslips.
Leave Encashment
Leave Encashment allows employees to encash unused leaves, with settings to manage
company accruals.
