Notice for Round-3 Online Counselling

1. In continuation to the advertisement Adv.No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/15 & 2024/16 dated : 14.10 .2024, Rank
Card of all candidates who have duly submitted Fresh Online Application Form as well as who have given their Willingness
for participating in Round-3 Counselling or who have been allotted a seat through Round-2 Counselling and given their
upgradation as "Yes" for Round-3 Counselling and completed Document Verification process of UGMAC-2024 in between
dated 07.10.2024 to 11.10.2024, have been uploaded on Board's website : bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates are advised to
download their Rank Card of UGMAC-2024 by clicking the link “Rank Card of Round-3 Counselling of UGMAC-2024’’ by
submitting their UGMAC ID and Date of Birth.

After downloading the rank card, candidates will have to do choice filling for online counselling. For online choice
filling, all eligible candidates are required to click on link "Online Counselling Portal of UGMAC-2024". After clicking the
link candidates are advised to do the registration for online counselling by submitting the data as asked on the computer
screeen.

2. The updated Seat Matrix for UGMAC-2024 Counselling has been uploaded on Board's Website. The candidate must
see it before filling up of their Choices for Online Counselling.
3. Such candidates who have joined / taken admission on the basis of AIQ (up to Round-2 Counselling) are not eligible
for UGMAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling.
4. Such candidates who have been allotted a seat through Round-3 Counselling of AIQ conducted by MCC are not
eligible for UGMAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling. Hence they need not to do Choice Filling for Round-3 Counselling.
They have been eliminated from the list of eligible candidates of UGMAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling.
5. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/10 dated : 23.09.2024 , 2024/13 dated: 07.10.2024 and 2024/14
dated: 07.10.2024, candidates who have been allotted a seat and has taken admission by verifying their documents on
their respective Seat / Institution on the basis of Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling are not eligible for UGMAC-2024
Round-3 Counselling.
6. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/01 & 2024/02 dated : 14.08.2024, candidates who have duly
submitted the online Application Form and obtained UGMAC ID but has not been allotted any seat on the basis of
Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling or have been allotted a seat through Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling but taken Free
Exit or who have been allotted a seat but due to any reason they have not completed the Counselling process had
given their Willingness for participating in Round-3 Counselling of UGMAC-2024 as per Adv. no.
BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/15 & 2024/16 dated : 14.10.2024 are eligible for Round-3 Counselling if found eligible.
All such candidates will have to login to their account of online counselling portal by clicking the link
"Online Counselling Portal of UGMAC-2024" available on Board's website and will fill Fresh Choices for
Round-3 Counselling as their previous filled choices has became "Null & Void". It is mandatory to do Fresh
Choice Filling.
7. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/15 & 2024/16 dated : 14.10.2024, candidates who have duly
submitted Fresh Online Application Form for Round-3 Counselling of UGMAC-2024 are eligible for Round-3
Counselling if found eligible.
All such candidates will have to login to their account of online counselling portal by clicking the link
"Online Counselling Portal of UGMAC-2024" available on Board's website and will fill Fresh Choices for
Round-3 Counselling. It is mandatory to do Fresh Choice Filling.
8. Such candidates who have been allotted a seat through Round-2 Counselling and given their upgradation as "Yes" for
Round-3 counselling and completed Document Verification process are also eligible for Round-3 Counselling (if
found eligible) and such eligible candidates can also Edit their previous filled choices but can not remove their
Round-2 allotted Choice from the choice list by login to their account of online counselling portal by clicking the
link "Online Counselling Portal of UGMAC-2024" available on Board's website.
9. For Choice filling, candidates are required to do the registration for password creation on counselling portal. Then
using their User ID & Password login in their account, candidates have to fill in choices of Course and Institution /
Colleges in order of preference. Once choices are filled in, it can be modified before locking it. For this candidates
have to click on "Unlock Choices" button after authentication / verification of obtained OTP on their Registered
Mobile no. and email, and can modify their choices till last date of choice locking. During the choice locking period
it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of their submitted choices. If candidate does not lock the choice
submitted, their choice will be automatically locked on notified date at notified time, however candidate will be
allowed to take a print of their choices after locking, but he / she will not be permitted to modify choices after locking.
Note : Registration for Choice filling, Choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only 2
which will be sent on Registered Mobile & email of the candidates which can not be changed in any circumstances.
10. The list of finally filled in choices will be sent to candidates on their Registered Mobile no. & email before seat
allotment result.
11. The seat allotment will be done on merit-cum-choice basis. Provisional seat allotment order will be made available
on Board’s website on 01.11.2024.
12. All eligible candidates are advised to login their account in schedule period of date & time and view the provisionaly
allotted seat result and download their provisional allotment order.
In case candidate is allotted seat during Round-3 seat allotment, he/she has to report physically at reporting centre
for Document Verification. After document verification if he is found eligible will take admission as per programme
given below and as per rule mentioned in UGMAC-2024 Prospectus.
13. If any candidates who have been allotted (Fresh / Retained / Upgraded) seat in Round-3 but due to any reason could
not report to reporting centre for document verification within prescribed date or appeared for document verification
but do not take admission on their Round-3 allotted seat or found not eligible during document verification due to any
discrepancy, then their paid Security Deposit amount will be forfeited and the allotted seat will be cancelled as well
as will not be eligible for Stray Vacancy Round Counselling.
14. In case of any discrepancies, the Rules and Regulations of MCC (UG Counselling) / UGMAC-2024 Prospectus will
be followed.
15. Eligibility criteria and instructions and other details are available in the Prospectus of UGMAC-2024 which can be
downloaded from the Board's website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
16. Those candidate who are admitted in any Govt./ Pvt. College of India are not eligible for Round-3 Counselling.
17. Updated seat matrix of Govt. and Pvt. Colleges of Bihar have already been uploaded on Board's website. The candidates
must see it before filling up of their Choices for Online Counselling.
18. Important Dates for UGMAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling :
i. Publication of merit list / Rank Card on Board’s website : 22.10.2024
ii. Seat matrix posting on website : 22.10.2024
iii. Starting date of online registration-cum-choice filling for
seat allotment (Round-3) : 24.10.2024
iv. Last date of online registration-cum-choice filling for
seat allotment and locking (Round-3) : 26.10.2024
v. Provisional seat allotment order result publication : 01.11.2024
vi. Downloading of allotment order (Round-3) : 01.11.2024 to 03.11.2024
vii. Document Verification/Admission (Round-3) : 02.11.2024 to 03.11.2024
19. Candidates are advised to go through the UGMAC-2024 Prospectus in detail.
20. Course wise / College wise Fee structure of Private Colleges are already available on Board's website:
bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and colleges website.
Candidates are advised to confirm the Fee structure / any other additional Fee for the Pvt. Colleges before
Choice Filling. BCECE Board takes no responsibility of the fee structure of the colleges and will not entertain
any complaint regarding Fee structure.
21. List of Original Documents to be produced during documents verification :
(i) Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024
(ii) Original Score Card of NEET(UG)-2024
(iii) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
(iv) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
(v) Residential Certificate.
(vi) Caste Certificate.
(vii) All the Certificate / documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental
Colleges.
(viii) Six copies of the passport size photographs, which was pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024.
(ix) Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2024.
(x) Aadhar Card.
(xi) Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH)/ SMQ / EWS Certificate etc.
22. BCECE Board / Controller of examination reserves the right to amend / rectify any of the conditions of prospectus of
UGMAC-2024.
23. Rest of the terms / conditions of the Advertisement No.- BCECEB(UGMAC)-2024/15 Dated 14.10.2024 will remain same.
