SCHOOL FEES
INCLUDE : Textbooks & notebooks (Preschool, Primary & Secondary)
EXCLUDE : Uniform, school bus service (non-obligatory), Co-Curricular Activities (CCA), Learning Journey, international examination (Cambridge & IB)
Each year, all students are encouraged to do at least one CCA per week, an annual field trip or Learning Journey, 9 IGCSE Exams in Secondary 4 and IB Exams in Junior College 2. These will be charged closer to the relevant time.
REFUND POLICY
1. Registration Fee/Application Fees are never refundable or transferable
2. Development Fees are never refundable or transferable
Tuition Fee Refund Policy :
- If student withdraws within the first semester of the Academic Year due to relocation of the family outside Indonesia and subject to satisfactory presentation of documentary evidence, 50% (fifty percent) of the paid
Annual Tuition Fee will be refunded to the parent/child provided the Tuition Fee has been paid in full for the Academic Year.
- If the child withdraws after the first semester and during the second semester, there will be no refunded entitlement.
- All payments should be remitted in full before starting school.
PRORATE POLICY
1. The Registration Fee is non-proratable.
2. The Development Fee is prorated on a half-year basis only (per semester). Therefore, if a student joins midway through a semester, the full development fee for that semester is required.
3. Tuition fees are prorated by term only, meaning that if a student joins at any point during a term, the full term fees are due.
PLACEMENT - INTERVIEW
An admission or placement interview is mandatory for all students entering SIS South Jakarta. This interview aims to gain insights into each student's academic abilities, social skills, character, and interests.
DISCLAIMER
A late fee of Rp 1,000,000 per week applies, up to a maximum of 6 weeks. After this period, the school will initiate the student withdrawal process.
