1.0 TITLE
Diploma MindSpark Website.

2.0 AREA/DOMAIN
Website for Diploma Students and Guiding them for their Career in Diploma.

3.0 ABSTRACT
This practicum report is evident that the Student carried out his
Capstone Project Planning at Sir Dr. M. S. Gosavi Polytechnic. The
Capstone Project Planning was intended to enable students to develop
skills in the application of theoretical knowledge into practical
situations and to get more experience in the field, in preparation to
enter full time employment in areas of specialisation.

The Centralised Driving School Monitoring System is developed to

improve the loopholes and Illegalities being conducted by Driving
Schools all over the city. Our System Overcomes all these real life
problems and Illegalities by improving and implementing effective
features, therefore helping make the roads of our Country more safer
and Secure in terms of Traffic Regulations whilst issuance of driving
License. Hence, following the main aim of monitoring the Driving
School’s Activities.
3.0 INTRODUCTION
In the efforts of developing and implementing the theoretical knowledge gained
at the time of attending the computer Engineering Programme at Sir Dr. M. S.
Gosavi Polytechnic Institute, we the Third Year Computer Students of our
Institute have successfully implemented the practical framework of our project
for the subject of Capstone Project Planning (22058).

Our Project implementation includes the Educational Content for student which
will help them in building their career in Diploma as per their area of interest in
particular fields.Also it will help them by guiding through admission process of
Diploma,which will be user friendly and interactive with student as well as for
his/her parents.

5.0 PROBLEM STATEMENT:

No Lecture Videos for Diploma students as per Syllabus.

User-friendly content of Admission is not available.

We identified the above problem and researched the same by correlating the facts
and experiences of students with the services provided by many Diploma
Websites.
Following were the Common Problems observed Regarding the Following
Entities and their Services :
- No User friendly experience.
- Information of particular branch and as per semester is not provided.
- Video lectures or introduction video of branch is unavailaible.

6.0 OBJECTIVES
-Finding top colleges all over Maharashtra .We can easily find the courses
available in particular college as well as number of seats available in that
college
-Variety of options to find perfect college and guiding for your career.
-As per semester of Diploma the subject and it’s content will be shown.
-Also the cut-off of the previous year will be shown as per the Colleges.
 -Save Time and Money.
-Provide a convenient and flexible way to gain additional skills and knowledge.
-We offers a wide range of courses and tutorials taught by industry
professionals.
-You can find courses specific to your diploma field or explore new areas of
interest
-They help us explore different career options, bridge any skill gaps, and stay
competitive in the job market

1 )Mostly there is no such particular website which will guide student in making
their career in Diploma.
Our Website’s Concept :
- Video lectures for the particular branch will be shown in our website.
- The user can select different types of courses available in the portal.
- Cut off for the branch for the particular college will be seen in the portal.
- The user can select branch as per his choice the information related to the
branch will be shown in the website
- The list for the documents which are necessary for the admission will be
displayed
- It will display the fee structure as per the castes so that it will be easier to find
and will save time.
