Position Switch, Limit Switch

Lever Limit Switch


LHPx-xx/x-R
Lever limit switches are for cutting off at limit positions or for
signalling at reached positions of linear or swivelling
movements.
The actuation lever of this switch is deflectable to the left as
well as to the right out of the middle, neutral position.
Operation of the contacts effects either dependent or
independent on the direction of deflection. The actuation lever
turns back to its middle position automatically, hereby the
switching back of the contacts into the neutral position happens
also automatically. Optional is a latching mechanism for resting
• Up to 4 contacts NC + 4 NO in actuated position with manual reset.

• Snap action These switches will be equipped with up to 4 micro switches,


each incorporating a snap action mechanism with direct opening
• Direct opening of the NC-contacts. The contacts are made of silver, optional are
gold surfaces.
• 2 x M25 cable entries Essential for lowest tensions and currents is a very low
• Fibre glass reinforced polyester electrical transition resistance of the contact surfaces. To fulfill
this demand all contacts perform with every operation a self
enclosure, optional cast iron cleaning action.
• IP 67 Each micro switch is certified by the VDE and CCC and is
bearing their signs:
• GOST R approval
RegNr. 6671 or 6827 or 40026213

The switches are approved for the Russian market by their


GOST-R certification.
For a large variety of possible applications the mounting
position is free and the actuation lever can be mounted in 4
positions (4 x 90° ) on the shaft.
The design of this type of switches considerates heavy duty
service. Enclosures made of most stable, impact resistant, thick-
walled and strongly corrosion resistant fibre-glass-reinforced
polyester (BMC) or made of cast iron as well as all shafts and
screws made of stainless steel, are the best guarantees for an
extended working life.

LHM.... (instead of LHP....) e. g. . LHME-10/2-L50V (1NC+1NO prewarning, plus 1NC + 1NO stop, cast iron enclosure) .

Available are all above mentioned versions, for designation insert the letter „w“ in front of „-10“ or in front of „-13“ or „-18“ or
