MOVING UP & RECOGNITION RITES SCRIPT
Mhy: Blessed morning everyone!
May we request everyone to please settle down for we will start the program in few minutes. Grace: May I request everyone to please gather now at the back, first in line our guests, followed by the teaching staff, Kindergarten completers with their parents and Honor Pupils with their parents. Thank you po! Mhy: Entering the covered court are our guests. Next in line are the pillars of this institution, the teaching staff of Rabanes Elementary School headed of course by our principal Sir Alex Mendoza Beltran. Grace: followed by Our Kindergarten teacher, Teacher Mary Claire J. Fruto. Our Grade 1 teachers, Mam Katherine Oliva, Mam Vanessa Urbano and mam Jill Ivy Thea V. Joaquin. Grade 2 adviser, Sir Joel G. Casiano. Grade 3 teacher, mam Ma.Cristina Cabaltica. Grade 4 adviser, Mam Genalin Macanas. Our Grade 5 advisers mam Marichu Bolanos and mam Analyn Marie G. Gonzaga. And ofcourse to complete the list, the grade 6 advisers, mam Elvie Corpuz escorted by Sir Jeffrey De Jesus. Mhy: Approaching the aisle are the kindergarten Completers together with their ofcourse very proud parents followed by the honor pupils of each grade and accompanied with their proud parents as well. Grace: Before we formally start this ceremony, let me and my partner introduce ourselves first. My name is Grace Asencio- Delos Santos, Grade 3-Magalang adviser, and I am Mylene Garcia-Mendoza, Grade 2 Marikit adviser. BOTH: Ladies and Gentlemen, We all welcome you to the Moving Up and Recognition Rites of Rabanes Elementary School with the Theme: “Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas” Mhy: We are grateful to celebrate moving up and recognition rites once more this year because we want the Kindergarten Completers and honor pupils to remember it, also mark it on their calendars for the years to come. Grace: Exactly partner! Despite the fact that we are dealing with so many struggles, the fact that we are here today to celebrate this momentous program is a great blessing for us. Mhy: Yes of course coz it signifies the end of one phase of one’s educational journey and the beginning of another, more challenging phase of one’s quest for a better life and future. Grace: Without waiting any longer ladies and gentlemen, with pride and honor, let us now witness the entrance of colors. Grace: As a sign of respect to our beloved country, please remain standing for the singing of Philippine National Anthem, DepEd Region III Hymn, Zambales Hymn and San Marcelino Hymn with Ma’am Ma. Cristina C. Cabaltica, teacher I, leading. To be followed by a prayer through Doxology by Selected Grade 4 pupils. Mhy: You may now all be seated. I believe that the secrets behind this significant event are the teachers with the help of the principal who have rendered their invaluable service and shared their ideas and wisdom to their pupils. Ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome and listen to the Opening Remarks to be given to us by our very supportive and untiring Master Teacher, Madam Elvie C. Corpuz. Let us give her a big hand. Grace: Thank you so much mam Elvie for setting the tone for this morning’s event. At this point let us now have the Presentation of Completers. To do this, let us have on stage our intelligent and dynamic school principal, Sir Alex M. Beltran. Mhy: Thank you so much Sir! At this juncture, to officially confer our candidates for completion may we have again on stage our principal, Sir Alex M. Beltran. A big round of applause please! Grace: Thank you sir! Let us have another round of applause to all Kindergarten Completers. Please do stay on stage sir for the distribution of Certificates. May I also request ____________ to join us here on stage to help us hand the certificates to our kindergarten completers. Mhy: Kindergarten pupils together with your parents, please come up here on stage once your name is called. ***************** distribution of certs********************* Thank you so much sir and ______________. Congratulations to our completers! You now have the ticket to aim higher and dream bigger. Brace yourselves and be prepared for more. Give yourselves a big, big hand for a job very well done. Grace: And now, after how many months of hard work and dedication, it is time to reap the fruits of your labor. To help us award the medals to our completers, may I again request here on stage, Sir Alex M. Beltran, our principal together with the assistance of ________________. Mhy: Let us now have our Kindergarten Achievers who walked an extra mile together with their very proud parents. First on the list… Grace: Thank you once again sir and ______________! At this very moment, ladies and gentlemen, let us watch and listen to our kindergarten completers as they sing their Moving Up Song entitled: Ready to Go, to be followed by Pangako. Let us give them a big big hand!!! Mhy: And to continue the second part of this program which is the Recognition Rites. This moment will also mark another milestone in the life of our pupils and in the history of our school, as we gather and celebrate success on this Recognition Rites for the SY 2023-2024. Without any delay, let us here a message coming from our SPTA President, President Marianne B. Ibabao. Let us give her a round of applause! Grace: Thank you so much to our SPTA President for that inspiring message for our pupils. At this juncture, let us relax and enjoy the Itik-Itik intermission number prepared for us by the selected grade 5 pupils of Mam Marichu C. Bolanos and mam Analyn Marie G. Gonzaga. Let us give them a big hand! Mhy: That’s an awesome performance! At this point, this is also the most awaited moment of our pupils and parents. The awarding of Medals and Certificates. Let us start with the Grade I-Masikap awardees followed by the grade I-Matapat awardees and Grade II-Marikit awardees. To award the medals and certificates, may we request our school principal and __________________ here on stage. Grace: Thank you sir and _________________! Congratulations grade I and grade II awardees! You all deserved it! At this juncture let us all lend our ears to Hon. Apolinario Caabay, our Kgd. In charge of education to give us inspirational message. Let us give him a round of applause. Mhy: Thank you so much po sir! Let us now have another intermission number coming from the grade IV-Matikas pupils of mam Genalin A. Macanas with their Interpretative Dance entitled “The Dreamer”. Grace: Thank you so much grade IV-Matikas pupils. And now let’s proceed to the awarding of medals and certificates to Grade 2-Matatag, Grade 3 Magalang and Grade 3- Masinop pupils. To award the medals and certificates, may we request our school principal and __________________ here on stage. Mhy: Thank you sir and _________________! Congratulations Grade 2 and grade 3 awardees! You all deserved it! And now, let’s watch the presentation of Grade 1 pupils of Mam, Katherine, mam Vanessa and mam Ivy with their Bulaklakan. Let us give them a big big hand! Grace: Another round of applause to our Grade1 pupils. Mhy: At this juncture let us now have the awarding of medals and certificates for Grade 4 Matikas, Grade V Matulungin and Grade 5 Mayumi pupils. To assist us to award these medals and certificates, let us have here on stage our principal together with ___________________. Grace: Sit still for another intermission, let us all be entertained to the last but not the least performer. Grade 3 pupils with their Gaway Gaway to be followed by the performance prepared by the grade 2 pupils, Mamang Sorbetero. A round of applause please! Mhy: Wow! You made us proud Grade 2 and 3 pupils! Thank you so much! No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. That is why we simply express gratitude to all beings who have contributed to our current achievements. Words of gratitude to be delivered by the ever gorgeous mam Genalin A. Macanas, teacher III. It is precise to acknowledge and recognize all the working hands that made this moving up ceremony and recognition rites possible. BOTH: Thank you guests! Parents!
