ASSISTANT, MIDWIFE, LAB.TECHNICIAN, ASSISTANT LAB. TECHNICIAN AND
OTHER PARAMEDICAL SPECIALTIES.( 18th JUNE 2024 )

1)A registration form with a stamp of 1500 frs available on MINFOPRA or at


the regional delegation of public service http://www.minfopra.gov.cm

2) A certified true copy of Birth certificate not more than 3 months Old .
( At the municipal council)

3) A certificate of non-conviction –bulletin N 0 3 in court (e.g. in Region of


birth of candidate) not more than 3 months old.

4)A certified true copy of required nurses or biomedical technicians certificate


signed by a competent civil authority ( S.D.O office)

5)An attestation of presentation of original of certificate required signed by a


competent civil authority.( SDO office )

6)A medical certificate issued by the public sector medical officer.

7) A receipt attesting payment of registration of 25,OOO Frs. issued by an


EXPRESS UNION official at the place of submission of the candidate’s file.

8) Two passport size photo 4×4 (Dial Photographer’s


contact :675145846/677568545)

9) A large A 4 envelop with a postage stamp of 1OOO Frs. carrying candidate
