PROJECT
 Project Name : ODS Project of Saudi Telecom Company
 Role : Operations/L3-L2 Support, DBA, RPA Developer
 Duration : Jan 2017 to till date
 Description:
 ODS is the database designed for integrating data from multiple sources to facilitate data
analysis and reporting for both internal and external systems at STC.
 Data extracts from the various interfacing systems is first loaded into the ODS staging area
using a pull approach. The data is then processed and filtered by a predefined process and
loaded into the ODS.
 Responsibilities:
 Understanding STC business requirements.
 Worked on tomcat java daemon process for bill generation for entire STC .
 Sharing ODS views based on SQL to backend for apps.
 Suggested ideas and build workflows where automation can help reduce manual
efforts put in by Ops team with RPA (in JIRA).
 Involved in developing the new Ab initio jobs and UNIX shell scripts to fulfill the
business requirement.
 Enhancement of existing code and Abinitio Jobs as per requirement
 Performed the Unit Testing and provided SIQT and BAT support.
 Provided weekly and monthly status reports to the clients on the application
development.
 Interacting with the client and getting the requirements.
 Defect analysis and defect status reporting.
 Coordinating and Communicating with Onsite and Offshore team.
