Overview:

Our Meditation Teacher Training Course is a perfect balance of theory, practical experience and self
understanding; preparing you to practice and teach meditation with clarity and adaptability. Each class includes
interactive insightful teachings, practical meditation techniques, and hands-on practice.

Meditation Teacher Training Course Outline
