Executive Summary
A sailing VIR was conducted from Incheon to Singapore.
Bridge
The bridge was inspected and found to be clean and well-maintained.
All Life-Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire-Fighting Appliances (FFA) equipment on the bridge were in
proper order.
All navigational equipment was checked, and deck officers were evaluated for familiarization with
equipment, with satisfactory results.
Record books were reviewed and found to be updated and compliant.
Deck
Inspections on the poop deck included the Oxy-Acetylene room, ensuring proper securing, functional
flashback arrestors, ETA system, propeller guard boards, and the operation of natural and mushroom
vents. All systems were in good order.
The emergency fire pump was tested during a fire and boat drill, with two hoses rigged at forward and aft
positions. The pump's performance was verified, and the deck area was found to be clean and well-
maintained.
The accommodation fire station was inspected, including the foam system, SCBA whistle check, QCV
system, and firefighting walkie-talkies, all of which were in good condition.
Accommodation
The gymnasium was inspected and found to be in proper condition.
The galley and fridge areas were clean and well-maintained. All provision rooms were inspected, with the
meat room and fish room door lock alarms tested and found operational.
Engine Room
The engine room was found to be in good condition, with auxiliary machinery, pumps, and pipelines in
good working order.
Critical spares and PMS in ShipPalm were reviewed and found satisfactory.
Testing and inspections included:
Bilge alarms
Bilge holding tank was inspected.
Funnel flaps and ER dampers were tested and found operational.
Auxiliary engine fuel oil leak-off alarm
Steering gear auto-changeover system
OWS simulation and 15ppm alarm, both verified to be functional.

Conclusion
The onboard staff displayed excellant cooperation throughout the inspection process.
The crew demonstrated promptness and competence during the inspection, reflecting their preparedness
and professionalism.
The vessel's exterior hull showed slight abrasions; however, the coating on both the exterior and deck
was deemed satisfactory.
At nearly two years old, the vessel was found to be in good condition with no major issues. Few issues
which was there earlier are resolved.
Active participation was observed during the onboard drill conducted as part of the VIR, demonstrating
the crew's engagement in safety practices.
Crew members were encouraged to:
Continue their good work and consistently use proper PPE.
Complete their training modules on Seably to further enhance their knowledge and skills.
The importance of training was emphasized, highlighting its role in changing mindsets and fostering a
culture of safety in all work activities.
