Dear Mughal Family

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention several
concerns regarding the performance and behavior of certain member of the kitchen staff
I would rather not mention the name of the employee, that have significantly impacted
the restaurant's operations and overall team dynamics.

1. Failure to Adhere to Rules and Regulations: Despite repeated reminders, one of the staff
have consistently failed to follow the established rules and regulations. This has affected
the overall efficiency and quality of service, and it is crucial that all employees understand
the importance of adhering to these standards in order to maintain the restaurant's
reputation and smooth operations.

2. Unresolved Financial Obligations: It has come to our attention that a few staff
members have engage on loans and financial commitment from their colleagues, but
have failed to repay these dues in a timely manner. This behavior not only creates a
negative work environment but also breeds distrust among team members, which
ultimately affects overall morale and teamwork. We request that this matter be
addressed immediately to avoid further friction within the team.(Company will not be
responsible for any transactions between staff members)

3. Inappropriate Request for Advance Payment: It was noted that certain staff members
requested full advance payment by citing family issues as the reason for their financial
difficulties. While we empathize with personal challenges, this behavior has raised
concerns as it appears to be inconsistent with their overall work ethic and commitment to
the team. Such actions undermine the trust between management and staff and cannot
be overlooked.(Please follow conditions of advance and emergency payments refer to HR
to clarification).

4. Experience Certificate Misuse: One of the staff members, knowing full well the situation
at hand, has requested an experience certificate under the false pretense of seeking
overseas employment. Upon review, we have decided to nullify/void the certificate which
was issued, as we do not wish to put other restaurant employers in a position to
experience the same issues.

In light of these issues, I strongly advise Mrs Seema Shrestha (HR) for a thorough review of
staff selection and management practices. It is essential that we hire individuals who not
only possess the required skills but also demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a
commitment to the values and regulations of the restaurant.

I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns promptly and
ensure that the restaurant continues to operate smoothly and effectively.
