Introduction
The diminished scale is an octatonic scale (eight notes) that alternates
between half steps and whole steps.
There are two types - "half whole" diminished scales (starts with a half
step) and "whole half" diminished scales (starts with a whole step).
In these exercises we will focus on the "half whole" diminished scale
and use it as a way to spice up dominant chords.
