"XYZ Telecom Ltd." is a telecom company offering mobile services and internet
packages to consumers. Due to the ongoing economic challenges in the
country, the company has been struggling to meet its sales targets. A high-level
analysis shows that the telecom services offered by XYZ are becoming less of a
priority for the general public. Furthermore, the demand for new mobile
phones and broadband subscriptions has declined significantly due to the
increasing financial constraints on individuals.

Context To address these issues, the company has decided to form a “Sales Recovery
Task Force” and has appointed you as the Head of the Task Force. You are given
the responsibility to identify key strategies and build a team of 10 members
who can help revitalize the sales process. The company management has given
you a timeframe of 7 days to assemble your team, and they expect you to
prepare and submit a comprehensive report within 3 days.
