but is not limited to any activity, transaction, legal proceedings, operation, entity, subsidiary, headquarters, branch, products, good, property, asset, services in a Specified
Territory or, as applicable, delivered to, located in, originating in, transitioning from, to or through a Specified Territory, as well as any person ordinarily resident in a

Warranties • Warranted that unless specifically provided or the customary mode of despatch is by open wagons, the despatches should be by closed wagon or closed/tarpaulin
covered Lorries. • Warranted that if the weight of the cargo exceeds than Registration Laden weight/ Licensed Carrying Capacity of the vehicle, as mentioned in the
Registration Certificate of the vehicle, then any loss or damage arising out of such transit is not covered under the above mentioned policy •• Warranted that coverage for
CIF import is ITC B + SRCC
Disclaimer If the cargo selected in the system (Seastar) and details mentioned in the description, is not related to the commodity selected, then the insurer will absolve themselves
from all claims settlement and the policy will stand cancelled ab-initio.
