excluded under the policy. The term - Specified Territory Exposure includes but
is not limited to any activity, transaction, legal proceedings, operation, entity,
subsidiary, headquarters, branch, products, goods, property, assets, services in a

Warranted that this policy has been released considering the confirmations of NIL

2.) Warranted Cleanliness, fitness and suitability of container/conveyance for carriage of intended cargo.
3.) Excess shall be read as follows in policy 0.5% of the claim value subject to minimum of INR 25,000/ eec and for theft/short delivery
0.5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of INR 50,000/ eec.
4.) Warranted that in absence of recovery documents / Non L/R / Courier transits, claim will be settled on non standard @75% apart
from policy excess.
5.) This policy covers only war/srcc risk for movement to UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Rest all other
perils will be covered as per primary cargo policy- 2002/261943732/00/000.
6.) It is warranted that if the weight of the cargo exceeds than Registration Laden weight Licensed Carrying Capacity of the vehicle as
mentioned in the Registration Certificate of the vehicle then any loss or damage arising out of such transit is not covered under the above
mentioned policy
7.) Warranted that goods are transported in closed wagons and or trucks to be covered with tarpaulin or any other water proof material
to avoid ingress of water
8.) Warranted any transit from, to or through Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Myanmar, Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia,
Chechnya, Bosnia and any of the European Union and/or United States and/or United Nations and/or United Kingdom sanctioned
countries are not covered under the policy
9.) Excluding any loss, damage or change in the nature of the subject matter insured caused by variation in temperature unless caused
by a peril insured under the terms of the ICC (B)/ITC ( B).
10.) Warranted loss or damage to the subject matter insured due to Adulteration, Contamination and Deterioration of quality & fungus,
mildew, spores and mould damage & vermin or pest attacks & infestation is not covered unless caused due to perils as covered under
ICC(B)/ITC(B) Clause.
