    2. To protect our planet, we need to start by promoting environmental awareness.

    Every day trees are cut down around the world for various reasons. I think this is a bad thing considering the negative
    impacts of deforestation.
    First of all, many wildlife will be endangered because of the loss of habitat. This will cause many wild animals such as
    elephants and tigers to enter the human living area. They are unable to find food in the diminishing forests.
    In addition, deforestation also affects the environment. As the trees are destroyed, a lot of carbon dioxide is unable to
    be removed and this increases global warming. Soils will erode and more coastal flooding will occur.
    On the other hand, deforestation allows humans to create new infrastructures and for the development of the country.
    More houses can be built for the growing population.
    In conclusion, I think deforestation has a longer-term impact on the environment as well as humans’ lives. We need to
    stop deforestation and protect the forests.
