    HELD ON FEBRUARY 17, 2024 AT 3:00 P.M. AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL OF HANDONG, LIBMANAN, CAMARINES
    SUR.

    RESOLUTION NO. 23
    Series of 2024

    “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE


    SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY HANDONG, LIBMANAN, CAMARINES SUR WITH IT’S
    CORRESPONDING AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
    THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (Php. 321,234.90) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2024.”

    WHEREAS, in ordinance with Section 20 (a) of the SK Reform Act 2015 (Republic Act [RA] No. 10472,
    ten percent (10%) of the General Fund of Barangay shall be disbursed solely for youth development
    and empowerment purposes;

    WHEREAS, SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1, Annual Budget of Sngguniang Kabataan in


    the amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND
    NINETY CENTAVOS (Php. 321,234.90) in the General Fund of Barangay Handong, Libmanan,
    Camarines Sur;

    WHEREAS, the Budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made
    integral part of this ordinance:

    1. Travelling Expenses
    2. Training Expenses
    3. Office Supplies
    4. Other Maintenance and Operation Expenses and Materials
    5. Fidelity Bond Premium
    6. Membership dues and other contributions
    7. Capital Outlay
    8. Youth Development and Empowerment Programs

    WHEREAS, SECTION 2. Sources of funds for the Annual Budget of 10% SK Share from the General
    Fund of the Sangguniang Barangay in the total amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND
    TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (Php. 321,234.90) as follows

    1. Beginning Balance of 2023 - Php. 0.00


    2. 10% SK Share 2024 - Php. 321,234.90
    WHEREAS, SECTION 3. General Provision. The following are authorized for the fiscal year:
    a. Income from tax revenue, subsidy assistance, share from grants and donation, and other
    revenue shall be collected at a maximum collection efficiency.
    b. Priority in the use income shall be the budgetary requirements as a mandate by the LGC.
    c. All procurement shall follow strictly the provisions of R.A. 9184.

    WHEREAS, SECTION 4. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Erika B. Royales, SK Chairperson, duly seconded by Hon. Sarah
    M. Aringo, Barangay Kagawad, be it.

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved Appropriating the Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
    Barangay Labao, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO
    HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (Php 321,123.90) for the Calendar Year
    2024;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Sangguniang
    Bayan, the Municipal Accounting Office and the DILG Municipal Operations Office.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED:
