COUNCIL OF BARANGAY UNION, GAMU, ISABELA HELD AT BARANGAY HALL ON
APRIL 12, 2024 AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.

RESOLUTION NO. 10
Series 2024

A resolution requesting the approval of the Barangay Council to cause and facilitate the
allocation of funds for Entertainment including Lights and Sounds in the celebration of Barangay
Harvest Festival of Barangay Union.

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the members of this council to promote cultures and heritage
awareness and to promote the distinct identity of the contribution of the Barangay to the progress of
the Municipality;

WHEREAS, in revisiting the roots and values of the people of this Barangay, we have
spearheaded the celebration of our Harvest Festival” AGIBUNUBON TI PANAGKAYKAYSA,
APITEN TI NARANG-AY NGA AGSAPA” to be held on April 28-30, 2024, showcasing the
Interzone Basketball Tournament, Cultural nights, and Ms. Teen Union 2024;

WHEREAS, the cash advance of Twenty-two Thousand pesos (P 22,000.00) will disburse
under Barangay Fund to use for Entertainment including Lights and sound and payment for EMCEE
to support the activities which subject for reimbursement to SK fund since the budget of SK still
ongoing process.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the members of the Barangay Council


hereby respectfully request, to cause and facilitate the granting of the financial assistance to SK to be
used on various programs and activities in the celebration of Annual fiesta;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the office of the
Municipal Treasury, for his information and favorable consideration.
